He held all my medical records in hopes the statue of limitations would happen before my claim could be heard because he was friends with the company I had a case against. Now I’m left fighting for my worker’s compensation and may not get anything for my injuries. Then he was going to represent my ex wife in our divorce but I was smart enough to tell my attorney what he did and it was a conflict of interest. I wouldn’t allow this group to represent my dog in any type of case. He is a liar and cheats people out of money! Not even worth one star

I just called this office and they refused to see me as a client. Apparently it would have been a conflict of interest even with a separate case having anything to do with my own. So the woman at the front office told me that they could not represent me. This is so unprofessional. Please do not waste your time. If this is how they treat their potential clients I do not want to know how they would actually treat someone they were representing.

Mr. Surasky is a wonderful person and knows the law! He handled my divorce back in the mid 90's and I definitely had no complaints! Still in operation after 30 plus years so it's safe to say he knows his stuff! Tells you just like it is and how the law is interpreted and doesn't sugar coat the truth! Love him!

Mr Surasky and his staff are truly a wonderful and considerate group of people and more importantly an honest Law firm you can trust. I NEEDED A LAWYER! I was involved in a car accident that wasn't my fault. There are plenty of Accident Lawyers in Georgia, but not in the North Augusta, Aiken area. My car was totalled, I was injured because of accident and other then going to the Hospital, I didn’t know what my next steps should be with dealing with the other persons Insurance company.
