I don’t normally write reviews, but I want to save anyone from a negative and creepy experience. Doctor gives off bad vibes. I felt like he treated me like a number and treated me in a condescending manner. He was far from friendly or welcoming. He completely lacked bedside manner, I felt like I wasn’t seen, heard, or understood. I went to get laser hair removal and I felt belittled and he made me feel like I was wasting his time because my hair was too light so there was nothing they could do. What an incredible experience! I highly recommend this office for any procedure. Everyone (doctor, staff, etc.) were beyond welcoming and great to work with. I personally had a fat transfer breast augmentation procedure and it is straight up magic! The recovery process has been so easy and smooth (it's been about a month by now), and everyone at Surface lets you know they're here to help along the way into recovery. Highly, highly recommend this office!

I loved Surface Medical Spa! McKenna did both the facials I had done there and they were amazing. They made my skin feel so clean and really helped with my acne (especially the plasma laser). She was super helpful with suggestions on face washes and other products to help clear my skin and even gave me some samples! Would definitely recommend and will be going back!

I first went to Surface Medical Spas 12 years ago for laser hair removal. I was impressed then and am still impressed to this day. Clean facility, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I love that 12 years after buying my initial laser hair removal package they still allow me to come back as a “touch up” patient for half the price. They have an amazing numbing cream which makes it painless! Their esthetician, McKenna, is so cute and super friendly making you feel comfortable your entire appointment. I would highly recommend Surface Medical Spas for laser hair removal.

I was very impressed with the fact that when I arrived, they were ready for me. I didn’t have to wait and wait like some offices. The entire staff were extremely pleasant and professional, which is becoming a lost art. I had some lashes that had been poorly applied removed. I actually still had a good set of lashes when she got done, AMAZING! Short , but still good lashes. I loved that the technician recommended I wait to let my natural lashes recover from the poor application. She wants an end product that I will be happy with instead of just making money. I would happily recommend Surface Spa
