Stopped today for 3 items and Bob helped me . He was very knowledgeable , polite and helpful with suggestions. He knew what ice melt would be best for my needs as well as answering questions about different shovels and bird seed. After that he politely helped me to my car. Great, great customer service!! This gentleman deserves a RAISE !!

They've done everything from replacing storm window screens to cutting keys in an instant and if they didn't have it, they tried to find it online for me. Always helpful, courteous and much better than those big warehouse hardware stores. I'm in and out instead of wasting my time hiking through a warehouse looking for an item or even an employee to assist. At Weaver's, you can ask any of the many employees where to find an item and they know exactly where it is. Even the checkout line is fast and the employees are terrific. Thank you for always providing a nice experience!

I've driven by Weaver's many times, but today I finally stopped - looking for a difficult to find item. As other reviews have noted, it was not difficult to find Weaver associates, and they are helpful. When one didn't know the answer, they wanted to make sure that I found someone who did. When it turned out that their computer showed that the item was in stock, but likely in their stockroom, the associate coordinated with his colleagues to make sure that it was indeed there [it was], and then had it brought forward, he went and collected it, and brought it to me while I was shopping for another

We discovered this amazing store about a month or so ago. We have since been back several times. Everything we need we have always been able to find there.
Customer services is amazing. I bought an assembled wheelbarrow and had lots of help getting it into my car.
There is a help desk and it truly is a help desk! We decided we should get a grill. We were looking at them, wanted a small one and over came an employee. Right away he gave us all the facts and differences and when I asked if I could take one home assembled he said we will assemble it for you and deliver it! It was their cheapest model

My last few visits have been extremely disappointing. The fake smiles & insincere rebuttals are extremely annoying. Ace advertisement seemed to have been a rare sighting when the price was wrong . 15 minutes later its confirmation was completed by manager WHO WAS ANNOYED!!
Today making three keys required extraordinary patience. Paying extra for better service is a customers choice. Paying more and getting less is idiotic.

Previously, I liked patronizing this store because I could always get what I was looking for; at a much closer location than traveling to larger towns. However, today I had enough. These folks are taking the Corona virus issue too far. I felt like I was entering a maximum security prison. I got poor customer service, apparently my cell phone harbors the CORONA VIRUS! (I had just tried to show two clerks a picture of what I needed). They didn't want to be bothered, and looked at me and the phone in fear. I believe it is time these folks woke up and feared their government and untruthful

Weaver's is my local hardware store and I remember going here when I was a kid before it burned down in 1996 and was rebuilt. I go here to get keys cut and to buy things for small household projects, like caulk and pipe fittings. They sell Simple Green cleanser by the gallon and a full line of canning supplies. They also have a great selection of paint and are a Yankee Candle authorized retailer, which is hilarious since it's a hardware store, but also great since I can get a last minute gift here.

Great as far as variety of things for a small hardware store. Noticed customer service declining the past couple of times I've been there. Some employees are great but others you can tell are just there to collect a paycheck. They aren't really interested in helping you.
I like shopping small business but not if they keep making me feel like I'm inconveniencing them by shopping there.

This place is way over priced. I went for propane for my grill and almost crapped my pants at price they wanted to charge me. I drove the extra five minutes into Topton and saved 10 bucks. The store itself is awesome if your just window shopping. They got tons of stuff toys, hardware, bird houses, shoe department to much to list. As a kid I remember it being more old fashion stuff. Lots Mennonite things pots, pans, hats, clothing, old fashion tools.. Now it getting more like Home Depot and less like a Country Store.

Really nice country hardware store. Being out there in the midst of farms you can find almost everything you need and then some. Seasonal items like the Christmas and Thanksgiving stuff are reasonably priced. If you garden come here in the spring or summer for anything you need. They have a number of hard to find seeds and plants.

Weaver's is a good hardware store -- a pretty typical Ace Hardware with a few extras, like a small "country" like gift area in the front -- and it is large, with a large selection. But it's lost all of its charm and individuality over the years. It used to cater more to the old-order Mennonites in the area with bonnets and men's hats, oil burning lamps, more canning things, etc., and I always knew I could find kitchen gadgets my grandmother used that are still pretty darn useful there! So -- was great then -- average, now.

Weavers is an enhanced version of an old general store. They have a little bit of everything and more than enough of several categories. Where it really shines is hardware. Nuts and bolts and things that allow you to fix other things rather than throw them in a landfill. Broken screen door? This is something that can last forever with some maintenance. Plumbing needs, lawn and garden, paint, tools, and some eclectic items that have roots in the PA German community. This store is a great local resource. On the down side, it has lost a bit of its competitive edge. It has become just downright expensive
