This is my first time having a major renovation done. I have heard horror stories about contractors and projects going terribly wrong but thankfully I chose the right contractor to take on my project. We spoke to 6 different contractors before choosing IDB, they were the only ones that included everything that we wanted done that fit our budget. Hired Isaac for a loft remodel and it turned out great! He's trustworthy and reliable. I thought his prices were reasonable and workmanship was very good. His main worker Joel was courteous, efficient and I especially appreciated his attention to detail. There were some delays because of the pandemic but we worked things out. I highly recommend this company and would use them again for future projects.

Issac and his team at IDB are amazing! I had three bathrooms remodeled and they did an incredible job. They were professional, prompt, and they made things as easy as possible, while dealing with construction in our home. We'll definitely hire them again for anything we may do in the future! We love our new bathroom that Isaac and his team did for us. We needed a complete demo and replacement. Isaac knocked on our door by mistake. He had an appointment 2 doors down, and I am so glad he did! He just has the nicest smile and personality, but he is very well certified and knowledgeable as well. We had some set backs with a cracked vanity top that we needed to replace. That added a lot of time. But, Isaac was always available to talk to us even after he and his wife had their 4th baby! We also did new cabinets in the bathroom and linen closet in the hallway. They are so beautiful!! I

One of my friends was going to open a beauty salon in Beverly Hills. So before signing a lease agreement they want to know how much would it cost to do interior remodeling. Because the project itself was very complex based on the interior design that we had. I called Isaac on Friday at about 5 pm asking to stop by as soon as possible. I would say just that I called maybe like 10 general contractors that serve Beverly and all of them sai:d "you know, we don't like commercial projects especially in Beverly". That was kind

We recently decided to do an extensive remodel of our home, an exciting proposition, but also one that brought a lot of stress. Deciding on and hiring a contractor is a huge and difficult decision, especially during a time when there are at least a few residential construction projects going on on every single block of our neighborhood, and they can easily afford to turn down work.

What a difference! Our new bathroom looks fantastic and the work was completed in no time, which was important for us since we only have one full bath in our home. Isaac and hid crew were fantastic from the minute they knocked on my door. Extremely professional and beyond helpful. So glad we decided to go with IDB Construction!

About three months ago Isaac remodeled our bathroom! From the first moment I met him I felt comfortable with him like I could trust him with my eyes closed! He went over every detail that I could possibly think of. He was very patient with me as I'm very picky and I ask a million questions and change my mind a million times. The bathroom is a dream come true! The quality is high end material. And I couldn't be happier! I am really happy with the service Ultimate Installation Services gave. They were patient with my thousands of questions. With these types of services, you never know what you're gonna get- I couldn't be happier with their service. They were knowledgeable, and experienced. They knew what they were doing and I didn't have to feel like I needed to be on top of them about everything. They came when they were supposed to. Great customer service and would highly recommend them!
