No matter the weather or how late the day gets the guys working are always there to help. They are always respectful and nothing short of professional. Not to mention they always clean up after themselves. 10/10 would recommend to all my friends and family.

Ben and his team did a great job replacing our old worn out hvac unit. From the basement set up to the unit outside, everything was great. Very nice professional staff too. They cleaned up everything, and were great to work with. Thegave us options, and we chose the unit and price that worked for us. Give them a call!

I'm sure everyone remembers the horrific winter storm we just recently had to endure. Of course, my furnace went out Monday evening. By Tuesday morning there was ice covering my windowsills and you could hear the cold winds whistling through the door. I had called several other heating & cooling places trying to see if someone could come out ASAP considering I have 2 little ones at home with me. Stokes were the only ones who stated that they could have their tech out same day to fix it, I was so relieved! Their tech was absolutely amazing and my furnace was fixed that day! I don't know what I would

Our AC quit working and it was miserably hot and humid. Ben and his service technician were terrific. My experience was amazing with Stokes Comfort Systens. They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, responsive, efficient and an all around pleasure to deal with. Their customer service is second to none. They had the AC unit fixed in no time. No waiting to get parts or making another appointment. I will be highly recommending them to family and friends in need of HVAC services!
