A beautiful marble plaque was created to commemorate our pastor’s five years service to our church. I missed catching a small error on the proof they sent me before the plaque was made. They immediately created the plaque again with correction at no extra charge. Received in time to make the presentation this Sunday! Exemplary customer service. Highly recommended! Action Trophies and Awards will be my source going forward.

I just wanted to write how amazing my visit was. First I was greeted with great help on phone told them my problem and was told to come in and check. Then as I got there they helped me right away and helped fix my item. They didnt have pieces so told me what to do and get and come come back and they would fix it. They did without hesitating and did so extremely well.

I went in with an old broken trophy which meant a lot to me. It was just one trophy. BJ took a look at it and quickly knew what the problem was and in under 5 min had it fixed. He told me that he works on orders as small as 1 and as high as several hundred (possibly 1000 if I recall correctly). He is a very nice guy, and his quick and quality service instilled automatic trust. I would go back for future orders. Thanks BJ

These people solved a huge time eating problem! If I would have known about them a month ago, it would have saved me hours of wasted time. Get the word out about this company! The people were really friendly and wanted to make my problem go away. Price was awesome compared to others I had checked. If it sounds like I am really happy with Action Trophies, it would be an understatement!

Action Trophies does an outstanding job on everything they produce. They are extremely efficient and offer the highest of quality. They meet (and beat) every deadline that is promised. They went over and above for our school throughout this entire year, even making deliveries to us in the late evenings or hand delivery the next morning on a last minute notice! We could not be happier with their level of service and plan to utilize them for many years to come. Not only for awards and ribbons, but our school shirt screen printing, give aways, promotional items, and much more.
