My name is Larry Chandler, and my specialty is remodeling, repair and restoration. I don't particularly hold myself out for new construction. I enjoy post construction projects such as adding or replacing decks, finishing basements, adding doors and windows where desired, as well as custom trim work.
I also perform repair services, with the exception of roofing. I have done electrical work all my life, and hold a diploma from Athens Tech in residential and commercial wiring. I work with many Real Estate Companies with repairs needed for closing on residences, and pride myself in being able to provide a number of references in that area.

Services
My shop is located in Young Harris, just off Plottown Road. And since most of my work is on the road, I don't maintain regular "shop" hours. You may have to leave a message, but the cell phone has a messaging service in case I am between mountains and out of range. This area is called "The Enchanted Valley", and one look from a ridge will confirm just how enchanted it really is!
