I have used Creative Touch for several vehicles and have been very happy with their service every time. Two vehicles had a bad smell in them, one from some rotten food that got stuck under a seat. They got the smell out completely on both vehicles. Another time there was a small spot that didn't get buffed out properly, which you could only see when the light hit it just right.
I took it back and Don touched it up on the spot. These guys do excellent work. Their staff is friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend. Best detail I've ever had on a vehicle in spokane, tried many different detail shops and this one was by far one of the best if not the best experience I've had, plus they are very timely and courteous to their customers.

Thanks for doing such an amazing job on my car! The paint and interior were in good condition before the detail, but there were swirls in the paint from automatic car washes, the chrome trim was stained from acidic soaps and the leather seats were dry. After a three-step paint correction, buffing out the trim and applying Jade graphene coating on everything (including the wheels and brake calipers), the exterior turned out perfectly! The interior was completely detailed including leather conditioning on the seats and it also looks amazing. My 18-year-old car looks new again!

Just bought a used VW Atlas and took my car in to be detailed inside and out. Had a lot of scratches that needed to come out, also had stains in the car that were taken out. Absolutely love the way my car turned out inside and out. The people working there were really nice and easy to talk to and took care of all the concerns I had with the car. Would 10/10 recommend this company to anyone needing a good detail. Will definitely be bringing back my car in the future.

This place was great. I sent a message and got a response within an hour with a quote. Not only that but they could fit me in same day and it didnt take long at all! All of the staff were friendly and courteous. I only had a seat shampooed (they vacuumed my center console and passenger side for free) and i definitely will come back when i need a car detailing. Too bad i cant give a 6 star rating, i highly recommend.

Rachel and her team were extremely courteous, from scheduling to checking out. The customer service is 5 stars alone! But then you see the magic they perform on your interiors and that is a higher rating, if possible. I thought the interior seats were gray because of how much wear they had. Rachel's team brought the black interiors back to life! And the dash was so clean and shiny, something we never thought we could achieve again. I just highly recommend this place. They are top notch and treat you and your vehicle like gold.

Does great work. Got me in the day after I called. Vehicle was ready when I needed it to be. '06 Honda Pilot used to belong to mom and the kids. They got a new minivan, and now I drive the Pilot. I considered buying a new vehicle, but didn't want another payment. Having Creative Touch make it new again was just what I needed. Feels good driving a fresh vehicle. Thank you! Creative Touch did amazing work on my car! I have a two year old who loves to spill his food and drinks all over my back seats, and very hairy doggy who sheds like none other. They took my junky car and turned it into the beauty she is now. So fresh and so clean. The did truly amazing work here and I will definately be back for another detail. Worth every penny!!

Don and the team are first class. Making an appointment is hassle free and drop off is easy. When I went to pick up my wife's 2017 Chevy Tahoe I was about to drive away, but Don noticed a few smudges on the inside windshield that were missed, jumped in and wiped it down again (I couldn't see them). He then insisted on wiping down the hood and outside windshield to get the pollen off that had settled as we were picking it up. Don runs an efficient shop, with great customer service and my wife can't believe how nice her vehicle looks. She said best detail we've had. I've already scheduled my truck
