We have been involved in providing services to the gas and oil industry since 2006. We were involved in one of the first Marcellus shale water supply wells for a gas site in Washington County, Pennsylvania. Our crews routinely drill from water supply wells for water improvements throughout Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio.
Dillan Well Drilling Inc. works with the areas leading heating and air conditioning and mechanical contractors to install state of the art geothermal systems. Called this company as a last minute, because some plumbers I had requested refused to come out due to the weather. I spoke with Mark about installing a new pump. Trevor and Aaron were able to come out this morning and install a new pump and switch for me. First of all there aren't enough words to express my gratitude. Mark and Todd Dillan drilled my well 12 years ago. Recently I had no water. They didn't put me on a list. They were very concerned and acted immediately. Alit of business's just want money. Work isn't done proper or is. These are genuinely caring men that will get the job done. Dillan Well Drilling is a great choice for well services. We had started getting grit in the water in our home. We called them and they were quick to answer the phone and answer my questions. We had feared the well clapsed. They were able to get guys out here same day to assess the issue and luckily it had not clapsed and they were able to tell us it had a liner in it (we just moved here and were not given any info on our well). We have been working with Dillan for the last six years since we built our home and they have always been great to work with. Even outside of regular business hours they are very responsive to issues and emergencies, calling back quickly every time. My sister and parents have worked with them also on my recommendation and have had similar five star experiences. They are always fair and reasonably priced and I never feel taken advantage of which is greatly appreciated when you find yourself with any kind of water/well issue.

Mark came out for the water test the day after I called. He had results the day after that. In just a few days he sent a crew to install the filtration system to fit my needs. During that installation, the crew figured out that my submersible pump wasn’t strong enough for how deep the well was. Mark got me a quote the day after and we scheduled for installation a week later (at my convenience). The crew he sent got the job done, and even went above and beyond removing tree branches that were in the way of the crane.

Decided to replace my old, non-working water softener. Dillan Well had installed our well and I've used them to replace the pressure tank. The technician that came out recently to check my tank was very knowledgeable and gave me some information on what softener systems they had. He took a water sample and said they would get ahold of me. Within a week I had a quote on the system I needed. Being a responsible home owner, I called another company just to compare. These guys are fantastic! They put in my well 10 years ago and were great great to work with. I've been having some issues with water pressure recently and called them up to troubleshoot. They sent their guys out same day and the crew replaced the pump and pressure tank on the spot. They walked me through proper maintenance and care to extend the life of the equipment. I will definitely recommend Dillan's to anyone needing a well or water service.
