The 2 service men who came out to replace my old water heater were SPECTACULAR!!! I interacted primarily with John and he was awesome. The other gentleman that accompanied him was just that...a gentleman and very knowledgeable when answering me questions. Both men were respectful, polite, and finished the job expeditiously. NOW for the actual product...too early to say as it's only been 1 complete day, however so far so good (hence the reason for 4 stars).

After 2 hours, all seems great but really to soon to render judgment on the system I bought. What I can say is that the 2 professionals who removed the old hot water heater and associated parts and did the replacement install were exceptional in how they tackled the job and spent the time to do a walk through and show me what I should be looking for, etc. So far, very pleased. Oh and Scott was a pleasure to work with to determine the best solution for my home set up- thanks again!

The hottest our water was getting was lukewarm so I knew we had to replace our hot water heater at some point so I started getting quotes from local plumbers. As fate would have it, I came home to see a Waterheaters.com van parked outside my house servicing a neighbor. Nathan gave me his card and within a week, scalding hot water again. Their team removed the old unit from our tiny attic and installed the new one in light speed and not a drip of water or dirt left on our carpet. They were very professional and super courteous. Definitely recommend and would use again.

My water heater broke late afternoon. Went into Waterheater.com website early evening and immediately got a text from Scott. He was very professional and reassuring. We worked together to figure out what was needed and an appointment was set for the next day.
The two technicians, Anthony and Eddie were easy to speak with and provided me with an estimate time of an hour and a half to complete the work. Their work was clean, quick and actually finished within 30 minutes. This gave me enough time to pick up my kids and return to continue the clean up from the prior night. I highly recommend Waterheater

Called after losing my hot water heater to flooding after Ida. They came in time for a Saturday appointment on a holiday weekend. When we realized the short water heater wouldn’t make it down my stairs they managed to get a standard heater and installed it that afternoon. All with a terrific attitude. The work was top notch and very clean and professional.

The service I received today was so much better than I expected.. From Danielle who handled the purchase and the installation was great.. The two installer Eddie and Anthony were great, funny, polite and were fast. The whole team were very professional. They should be rewarded for there great work and attitude toward there job. I will highly recommend this company .
