I had a party there last night and the manager was the only one working and when I tell you he is the KINDEST soul. So accommodating, so helpful, he was on top of everything making sure we had everything we could possibly want and need to enjoy our night. The place was so much fun but the manager made it probably one of the best parties we’ve had. Someone needs to give that man a raise!!

Had our grandaughter's 8th birthday party here. I would definitely recommend a Glow Galaxy party. The staff went above and beyond to make sure the kids were all having a great time, as well as checking in with the adults. Kasey was great keeping the kids entertained. This is the first party I have had where there was no stress for me! Thanks for such a positive experience!

This place was really cute. Everything was glow in the dark. It has several bouncy castles, a soccer with a basketball area in the middle. There is a small miniature golf sections in the back. The kids had a great time.
My only con is that the place was really hard to find. It was located in an office park tucked in the back. I wish this place had a stand-alone sign to make them stand out more. But other than that, we had a good time.

Very disappointed. All the signs and advertising states all employees required to were masks. No one had a mask. Advertising stayed they will be take g temperatures no one did. What's sad my daughter got a stomach from drinking the water fountain? When t told someone she said we weren't suppose you use the water fountains. They were not roped off. The employee that explained the rules started no food or drinks allowed but you can use water fountain. Unfortunately I will not be visiting thus place again.

It was my son's 7th birthday & he had a great time most importantly!! The people that checked us in were nice & pleasant. Our party host was great! We had 26 kids! The facility was so cool & fun! My small kids(2-10) enjoyed the inflatables, basketball & golf! My bigger kids(11-19) enjoyed basketball & spooking the kiddies in the dark! There was only 1 other party going on, so it was easy to identify my party kids. Now the downside. The interactive dance floor was not working, I reported it & they were already aware. The inflatables are very worn & dirty. The pizza

This place is amazing!! My son had an awesome time for his 6th birthday!! He wanted to come back the next day. Thank you to the staff and our party host for accommodating such a large party. We'll definitely recommend this place to our friends/family. I would have given it 5 stars, but my son didn't receive his king crown and that was one of things he was looking forward to. And I only have one suggestion. Maybe more locations within the GA area could be added, or maybe move to a more centrally located area. Norcross is so far and the traffic is horrendous!

The play time was incredible the kids really enjoyed there selves as did the adults. The only downside was the hostess, really rushing everyone and was a bit rude. Picking up plates before the children were even finished eating. The play area was very amazing and my son really enjoyed it. I rate it a 3 out of 5 just because of the play area!!!

We had my son's 5th birthday party here and the staff made everything run super smooth. I didn't have to do much of anything. They did everything from getting the guests checked in to playing games with the kids to cutting the cake and serving pizza. The kids had a blast! Thank you for making my son's birthday special! We will definitely recommend to others.

We had a very poor experience from start to finish here. Let me explain. We were told to arrive by 11AM to allow our guests 15 minutes to sign in before the party started officially at 11:15. We arrive a little before so we could begin setting up. When we arrived at 10:50, there were no employees there. Eventually a young man showed up and had no keys, so we and our guests waited in the parking lot (in the rain) for the person with the keys who arrived right at 11:15.

Attended a 6 year olds birthday party here and it was fabulous. Trey and Faith were our party planners/directors and they did a great job of chaperoning and directing the party and making sure everything moved along smoothly. Great safe fun place for the kids to play and loved that it was only for parties no open play when there are parties planned. Lots of fun inflatables and the glow in the dark feature made it extra. Cool for the kids. Bathrooms were clean and plenty of chairs dotted around the venue for parents to hang out and chat. Great experience and special shout out to Trey and Faith

I had my sons 5th birthday party there today. It turned out pretty great.

It was a quite day and we pretty much had it to ourselves.
Facility was clean
Kids had a great time on the slides.
Tori the party host was great! She was great with the kids.
Plenty of pizza for 5 year olds.
I didn't have to worry on anything except show up with the birthday boy and cake.

I had to confirm my party the day before which made me nervous that it was not going to go well.
The signage for the place makes it hard to find.

Initial contact to book the party were a little confusing until I spoke to the owner. Deposit is $75. The owner was very accommodating to answer questions we had for design purposes and emailed us everything we needed. (Plus)
There were some specifics that we didn't receive such as, there's a throne for the birthday child. And the location is almost invisible. They are next to csi kitchen, but all of my guest either got lost or had difficulty finding the place. (Strike)

Do not I repeat do not have a party here. I had my daughter 10yr old party here and this place is not what it is advertised to be. The host do not play with the kids you basically entertain them yourselves. There is no music in the party room. We served our own guest. The worst part of all is I brought my concerns to mgmt and was looked at like I was stupid. We were also kicked out at promptly 8pm and didnt get to open our gifts.

I'd never heard of this place until my son, after hearing about it from his friends, said he wanted to have his 5th birthday party here. Apparently, all the 5yos were talking it up so he had his heart set on a party here. And so it was.
Despite the random warehouse location in Norcross, we found it very easily. This place is great for the following reasons:
1. Weekends are for private parties only. We were the first party on Sunday afternoon so we had the whole place to ourselves for the first 45 or so minutes. Awesome!
2. Good variety of activities for elementary school aged kids. Bounce

I am extremely disappointed with our party yesterday. We did not received an amazing party pro for our party.
We have been to several parties at Glo Galaxy and yesterday's party host, did not for one bit acknowledged our birthday girl. There was no entrance for the birthday girl (like we've seen before); no activity led for the party and we had to serve the cake ourself. My husband had to step up and lead the crowd to singing happy birthday because our party planner was just looking at my daughter. He did not even introduced himself to us. The payment is extremely high to not get any

AWESOME! My wife and I celebrated my son's 4th birthday party here on Valentine's day and it was absolutely amazing. Our party host, Jo-Jo, was unbelievable! She entertained the kids, ran around so muchi got tired just watching, and made sure everyone had a blast. From beginning to end, this place was awesome. We will definitely begoing back on an open play day and possibly his 5th birthday.
Great job Glow Galaxy at providing an awesome experience and please give Jo-Jo a high-five, a gatorade, and a raise... please and thanks.

ok so i get that this is a party place, but why do you not have any more open play days scheduled?! their website says you can drop in on open play days for $8, but they only have 2 for oct 2014 listed. so i called and was told they don't know when they'll schedule another open play. I told the lady that my son doesn't have 12 friends that the smallest package includes so what can be done to help us out. she says that is the lowest package. i ask to speak with manager, and she
