Primary care provider services are provided by Jeffrey Gin, MD. Dr. Gin is a board certified Family Physician who is able see patients of all ages. The initial visit will consist of a detailed review of your past medical history, medication review, old record review, obtaining bloodwork to assess cardiovascular risk factors and other recommended screening tests.
