HMR is simple to follow and I didn't feel deprived. I learned to make different choices - eat fruit for a snack instead of cookie. But I could still have an HMR bar every so often! There's a good mix of sweet and savory, and I was easily filled up. I went from 225 to 165 lbs in about 5 months and have kept it off for over two years now.

I have had great success on the HMR program! I have used the program a few times and each time reach my goal weight. The program is very structured and easy to follow. You will see results if you stick to the Phase 1 program. Phase 2 is a bit more challenging but if you have the motivation to succeed you can create lasting behavior changes that will result in weight loss or weight management, whichever is your goal!

This has been a great program for me. I highly recommend it to anyone who is trying to loss weight and Change ther eating habits.The support groups are great and they realy help you stay motivated. The phone app realy helps, and keeping good daily records realy helps. This program was recomed by my sister and her husband. And now there are about 10 of us family and friends doing this together! This is my 2nd time to do HMR. The first time I lost 150 lbs. and kept it off for around 5 years. I then slowly gained the weight back and began the program again 2-3 years ago. I've lost 80 this time and have about that much to go. You learn so much about food choices being on the program that actually stick with you! My medical numbers have stayed in range which I attribute to the constant education you receive from this program. I can't imagine ever being away from my HMR group and coach again. I find this very easy to stick to because I find the food very tasty, extremely easy as all I have to do is steam a bag of vegetables in the microwave then pop an entree in for a minute, and I like that fresh and frozen fruit is not off limits. I look forward to my afternoon snack, blending frozen fruit with the vanilla shake instead of ice to make "ice cream". I do add black pepper to all entrees, basil to the Italian entrees, rotisserie seasoning to the chicken dishes, sage to others. I love that doing this is permitted because it makes the entrees something I really look forward to. Even once

LOVE this program! I’ve been on HMR for 14 months, have lost just about 100lbs and more importantly I feel great!!! I love how you can manipulate the shakes and soups to fit your cravings- pancakes, muffins, ice cream, crackers, pizza crust, the list goes on and on. I love the more is better philosophy so you don’t have to starve, you can eat MORE as long as you eat “in the box” to include fruit, veggies, entrees or “shakes.” I don’t feel deprived. I am a smaller person so even just 14 lbs. over and I already had issues with my breathing and losing energy so quickly. I knew I have to change my diet cos I mostly eat carbs. Being Asian I always have rice for lunch and dinner. So my husband and I did some research and found HMR, that’s when everything changed for me. Even after I did it for 2 weeks and my weight dropped pretty fast. I’m only eating all HMR products like hot cereal, shakes, and entrees. The continuous support throughout the entire process of the program from the health educators and the members is just phenomenal. Achieving my weight loss and maintenance goals were easier and required less effort than any other weight loss/weight maintenance programs I've ever participated in throughout the decades.
