I had a bad experience with a hem, and a dry cleaning bill. However, the owner responded and offered to make it up to me free of charge and even offered a credit. (See below.)
They do a great job here, and generally give great service. Recommended.

However, I’ve already taken the pants to another establishment to get them fixed, and therefore this has been expensive. I appreciate the offer of a future credit, but I prefer to keep going elsewhere.

I am so desperate for delivery service I will have to use them but yhey have missed my pick-up three times in a row stating it wasn't out. This time I even took a picture and sent it to them using their system and they indicate they didn't see it. It's on my porch!
The owner is nice and the work when done is good but it's rediculous they can't find my bag on the front porch. The only other thing out there is a pumpkin and a welcome sign.
Edit: I appriciate the repsonse and will re-evaluate my review in April 2022

Bought myself a pair of expensive pants for the first time in my life... 2 months later I take them out of the dryer and there's an unknown brownish yellow stain the size of a baseball on one of the front pockets (on very light blue pants). I took it to a cleaner close to my house and the front desk lady saw it and immediately said "Oh no... we can't do that..." and they wouldn't even try to get the stain out. I was so upset.

If I could give zero stars I would. I am so disappointed, probably the most disappointed with the service I've received here than anywhere I've ever done business at before. My husband and I needed our suits and dress dry cleaned for my sister-in-law's wedding in Puerto Rico this weekend. We took our items in and we're told to pick them up at 3 PM. When I get there the receptionist gets my information and goes and grabs my items. As she was returning to the front desk with my items, a woman followed shortly behind her

Such a great experience! Was in a bind and needed a uniform steamed and some patches put on. Holiday weekend and not much luck until I called Judi's. Everyone was so friendly from the first phone call to the end when I picked up. They finished same day! Will definitely be back and referring people as well! Thank you!

Great experience, great customer service. I walked in to see if they could fix the zipper on my phone case that broke a few weeks back. She took it to the back and 5 minutes later she returned with a perfectly aligned zipper on my case and said it was free of charge! This place and their staff is AMAZING!!!

I'm a first time customer. We got off to a rough start when I called to put in an order for pick up as soon as possible but the lady on the phone goofed and put pickup an extra week out yikes! I called to see what happened and was very unhappy. The manager was out that Saturday but called me the next business morning very apologetic to arrange for pickup. Delivery was quick and perfect! Mistakes happen I especially appreciate they made things right. I was pretty stressed. I'll definitely be back.

I was blown away by my experience. Olga was the kindest, most helpful woman ever, Judi’s was able to rush my order in time for my wedding four days later, and on top of all that, it turned out great. I got my suit tailored after another company took the jacket in too much and hadn’t taken the pants in enough, and Olga was able to make it perfect so that I was able to look sharp on my big day. Thank you for getting back to me. The jacket wasn't faded it was ripped. Apparently by the machine. I understand accidents happen and that your staff was just doing their jobs. It was how the manager handled the situation and then seemed to get annoyed when I challenged the replacement value. Almost as if she was being more than generous/fair. And on top of that to charge me $28 for the other 3 items was just bad service.
The jacket is older and literally the first designer piece I bought myself that I still can wear. It's by John Bartlett and I would be amazed if you could find

Love, love, love Judi's cleaners! Their customer service is outstanding. They are speedy, professional, courteous and kind. I've brought many items here to be cleaned and they do a great job. Also, they have repaired many items for me and my fiancé, they even have repaired a few for free. I would definitely recommend this cleaner to my friends and family.

Ok, so maybe you might say, "they seem pricey"..."why are they more than (insert name of budget cleaner here). The difference is the quality of their product. I love the way my suit and shirts look when I get them back. Almost don't want to wear them! I don't really know about all the eco friendly cleaning stuff, but I have heard dry cleaning chemicals can be nasty. The fact that they use organic, eco friendly cleaning solutions is a plus. In top of that their customer service is always top notch. I have only used another cleaner once in the last 4 years when I was out

This place delivers! (Figuratively and literally!) My first time using Judi's Cleaners and it did not disappoint. The staffs are super friendly and value customers' time. Three shirts were picked up on Thursday and ready for pickup/delivery on Monday. One of my shirt was a little worn down before the dry cleaning. My shirt either was replaced with a new one or completely revived from the shrinkage due to washer and dryer. I highly recommend this place and their route service!
