We grew organically by positioning ourselves to do higher level, multiple searches with major corporations and institutions. To achieve this, we marketed our services through prospecting, cold calling, advertising, networking and membership in professional organizations and trade associations.
To properly execute and complete an effective executive search, THE MAZZITELLI GROUP follows a well-defined strategy, with our primary objective -- client satisfaction. Initially, we meet with our client to fully understand the corporate history, culture and mission. At this meeting, we also put together a position description and define the criteria for properly judging the qualifications of selected candidates.
