Phil Maples is a phenomenal human.
My initial phone call was late on a Friday afternoon, and I received a call back from Phil himself that day. He spent 45 minutes of his time with me before I committed to one dime. There’s a lot of attorneys in business for all the wrong reasons, but I assure you Phil isn’t one of them!

I was referred to Phil through another attorney that didn’t handle cases in Livingston. I was in dire need of something to be done with custody for my son. Phil did an excellent job protecting my rights concerning a prior divorce/retirement account while making sure I remained within the law's requirements.
