Rainfall came to my house, told me how they'd fix my irrigation system then suggested some great landscape lighting ideas. Said how great they are and how they do what they say they will. I made an appointment and waited almost a month for it. At the last minute, Rainfall canceled. Told me they couldn't take time to do work for a retail customer. Had to work for the landscapers who give them more jobs. The office person was very rude as well.

I had a system originally installed by a "landscaper" that simply after 4 years of "adjustments and upgrades" was just not any better or getting the job done. Rainfall Irrigation came recommended by a high end nursery and a fellow friend. Steve knows his stuff and is very much into trying to make everything perfect. It may take him more time but he will find the best solution.
