Services
We offer a variety of pregnancy services to help you navigate your unplanned pregnancy. Our goal is for you to have the information you need to make an educated and empowered decision about the outcome of your pregnancy. A positive pregnancy test doesn't have to be negative. We offer free pregnancy testing to help you know if you're actually pregnant and offer follow-up services to answer more questions for you.
At Mosaic PHC, our team of compassionate professionals and trained volunteers are dedicated to providing you with the best care and pregnancy support services. Our nurses and sonographers are trained specifically in working with unplanned pregnancies and are certified to administer our free and confidential pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, and STD screenings.
We believe first impressions make a difference. When you enter Mosaic Pregnancy & Health Centers, you will always be welcomed with a smile and we'll help you through all your next steps for a smooth experience. When you first visit, please allow one full hour for your introductory appointment. After filling out the initial paperwork, you will meet with a Client Advocate to discuss your situation and assess your needs.

Are you wondering if you are pregnant? You need assurance, answers, and medically accurate testing. We get it. Our registered nurses are ready to give you the medical information you need. We offer free, confidential pregnancy testing, as well as ultrasound scanning. After your tests are complete, your personal client advocate will sit down with you to discuss your situation and walk through some options.

I've no doubt they've been helpful to women who have already decided to carry their pregnancies to term. But, if you are considering your perfectly legal, understandable, and safe right to terminate your pregnancy, steer clear and get your information from a real, unbiased doctor. Your right to bodily autonomy includes deciding whether you want to continue existing in the very serious and body/life changing medical condition that is pregnancy.

I found out I was pregnant here with my son, they were not pushy with whatever decision I wanted to make. They were very informative, and held free parenting classes I was able to attend once a week for a month and at the end they gave everyone who attended a goody basket. The basket included things like diapers, wipes, shampoo and body wash(for baby), clothes, bottles, etc. they even give big items for mother’s in need💙 definitely suggest going here for pregnancy tests, sti tests, etc. they can even do an ultrasound in office there for free.
