Courier 185 was an excellent professional! According to the embassy, One of the visas was not ready for pickup, but because they had gotten the two visas mixed up. Courier 185 asked all the right questions to get them to locate the other passport and no additional time or effort is necessary because of his efforts. Thank you so much!

After using the most horrible courier service that my organization had employed for over a year, I decided it was time for a new company. I gave four companies in the DC/MD area a test trial and compared services, costs, and most importantly the customer service. From the test run, I immediately found that Washington Express was THE most reliable, efficient and of course, 5 stars when dealing with their customers. I was recently involved in a motorcycle accident that left me incapacitated and unable to get around on my own. The day I got home from the hospital I had no way of putting in my prescription. I hired Washington Express and they came to my home, picked
up my prescription note, took it to the pharmacy, waited until it was filled and brought the prescription back to me. Extremely fast and professional. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

I was leaving on a flight from Dulles airport and left my laptop at home. I called Washington Express and told them how desperate I was and within 2 hours a driver met me in the departing flights lane with it in hand.
Everyone there was a complete professional and it was a great experience and my trip was saved!!

I am a frequent user of same day delivery services. However, non have come close to the efficiency and professionalism as Washington Express. I had an early morning flight and needed to send out documents for work the same day. I was very worried that they would not be received on time but the messenger delivered them to the appropriate address in excellent timing. Will absolutely be using again!

I have never dealt with an on-demand courier service before today. Washington Express was fantastic. Their tracking system is state of the art. Every step of the way I was informed of my orders progress. I had an important delivery with a hard deadline and they made it with ease. Extremely satisfied.

Great on demand service. I live in Bethesda and my daughter is in college in DC. She left her laptop charger at home and I had to go to work in Rockville. I left the charger on the porch at 9am and Washington Express had it picked up and delivered to my daughter by 11am. Quick service that I will use again.
