Services
Any device where you can receive an email or a text message; that has a microphone, camera, speakers, and a good internet connection. Hard wired connections are best, but a smartphone, tablet, or laptop will work if the wireless signal is strong. You must schedule the appointment, so it gets placed on your provider's schedule.

They cancelled my appointment a day before, that I've been waiting for for over a week and they cannot reschedule me at that location for several weeks, I'm disgusted with their professionalism, they should have told me when i made the appointment so i could find a different doctor. i don't think il will be going to them anymore and will not recommend them to anyone else

Heather Condley has been amazing to work with. She asks me questions and makes me feel like she really cares about my needs and concerns. Heather gets 5 stars from me. I really appreciate her and the time she has spent helping me.
The Zenith office makes me a little crazy. I am not sure its any persons fault but it seems the fax machine is always broken. Anytime a medication is sent to the pharmacy, the pharmacy tells me they never received it and I have to call the office to ask them to resend it. I have had several tests done at different hospitals and there is always the same issue. The hospitals

I'm new to the area and was looking for a doctor in Lehi. I decided to go to Dr. Allred with Zenith, and let me tell you, my experience was absolutely wonderful. I usually get a little anxiety seeing a new doctor, and every step of the process, beginning with the receptionist, then the nurse, and ending with Dr. Allred, I am extremely happy with my experience. I have found my family doctor. They were personable, thorough, professional, and made me feel welcomed. I appreciate their efforts very much.

My wife and I came here for a simple physical which are preventative. They did one blood draw and then we got a bill for several hundred from our insurance company. We called Zenith and they said for us to call Lab Corp who they use (which are also terrible) and lab Corp said they get the order from Zenith so we were going around in circles. We later find out that they sent our blood to 3 different tests with one of them apparently not being preventative so insurance wouldn’t cover it. We are incredibly upset that Zenith didn’t tell us what they were doing which ended up costing us so much

I have been seen several times over the last year at Zenith Family Health in Lehi by Dr. Thompson and by Heather Condley. I am super grateful for both of their attention to my needs and ability to ask what I want and need and then to also provide their professional advice. Dr Thompson was such a relief in a time of great stress, when so many doctors had passed me along. Heather's attention to detail and prompt follow-up for testing have been invaluable to me. The multiple office staff I have interacted with have also been super polite and helpful. I definitely recommend this office.

I've seen so many doctors and specialist this year and I have to say without a doubt, Heather Condley, NP is the most helpful, wonderful and patient person I have dealt with. She never rushes me and seems to genuinely care. I've dealt with so many others that don't even seem to care almost like I am wasting their time. My first appointment with her was at the Riverton office when she was scheduled there on a Saturday. I live near that office. Her regular office is in Lehi and I now drive way out of my way because it is so worth it. If you want a new primary care physician or don't have one, call

Excellent facility. Very good doctors, attentive, professional, and very knowledgeable. The facility itself is clean, has equipment needed to do routine testing, so there is no need to go to another lab. Staff is professional and friendly. Scheduling is easy and patient information is available on their web portal. They also provide ability to do tele-visits which is extremely helpful if you are out of town or due to COVID-19. Highly recommended.
Addition. Doctors are excellent. Nurse during my visit wore mask under her nose. No preventive anti-COVID measures were used.

I have always had excellent care at the Saratoga Springs office where I see Jessica Steven's. She is attentive, thorough, and makes me feel heard. I have also received excellent care at the Lehi Clinic, especially with Heather Connely. It took me a lot of shopping around for my PCP but, now that I have found Jessica and Heather as a back up, I will not go any where else. The staff is excellent as well. Hold times are not long and phone messages are almost always answered the same day. Just an excellent team all around.

Horrible experience (looks like I'm not the only one). Went to the Saratoga Springs location for a specific condition I was very worried about and doctor totally ignored that issue and only focused on routine maintenance issues. Told them I already had a primary care physician who was out of town and didn't need blood pressure, cholesterol, triglyceride testing etc. Dr. didn't care and did absolutely nothing about the issue I needed to be seen for. When I tell them I'm not paying the $141 visit fee I get sued for $600. Quacks.
