Employee Staffing, Inc. was founded by Janis Sampson in June of 2004. Her many years of management, recruiting and sales experience were put into action immediately developing and growing a successful staffing company. Personalized service is the cornerstone of Employee Staffing. From the beginning, ESI has put our clients and their needs first.
Your Placement Specialists are accredited by the American Staffing Association (ASA)! The American Staffing Association's national certification (CSP) program involves the successful completion of an exam designed to ensure that the Placement Specialists you work with know employment laws and can provide the absolute best human resources solution for you.
With over 20 combined years of experience, ESI's staff excels at finding employees in accounting, administrative, general office, skilled crafts, semi-skilled crafts, light industrial and manufacturing. For a direct hire position, we focus on the lasting "relationship" with both our client and our candidate.
Working with a recruiter saves time. We can expedite your hiring process by finding the right candidates you're looking for in weeks, not months. You don't need to pay for advertising or internet postings to attract top talent. We utilize all recruiting methods available, proven to be effective. When you work with ESI, there is no charge until we fill your open job position.
When you have an immediate staffing need, we can provide the employee that best matches your job description and qualifications by selecting from our extensive database. Temporary employees are guaranteed up to eight hours in the first day. If you're not satisfied with the performance of an ESI temporary employee, tell us within the first four hours of their arriving at the assignment and we'll replace the employee free of charge.
