If you are a small to mid-sized non-profit looking for an auditor, look no further. I have had the great pleasure of working with Iryna's firm on two consecutive annual audits, and they have been wonderful. We are starting a new business, here in Oakland. We assumed that no tax filings would be due until we open the business. However it turns out that we needed to file taxes annually and that we were 3 years behind in our tax filing. Call Iryna CPA to keep the IRS away!
I did not realize until what I feared was too late that taxes were due. One call to Iryna and my fears were allayed. She outlined very clearly and concisely exactly what I needed to get to her and she then gave me an exact quote for what it would cost (which is on par, if not a bit lower than other accountants I have used in the past). Her turn around time, even given the impending filing deadline, was incredibly fast. Her communication is also quite efficient - emails and phone calls are returned with a speed rarely seen these days.
