Way too overpriced, loud and dirty. House keeping coming around as early as 8 is not okay either especially when they clearly don’t clean these dirty rooms. On top of that having to share a space with roaches. No thank you. Would not recommend at all.

Comfy beds, great water pressure, nice staff. Nice stay overall, but I felt it was a little overpriced and the beds were too noisy (metal/aluminum frame), not to mention the mystery stains on the comforter.

Very nice staff but sadly a very dirty place and extremely loud. The price definitely doesn't justify what you get. I happened to spill some water on the floor, which i proceeded to wipe with one of the towels. It was filthy! The pics that i attached was not that towel, that was simply a "test" of a single swipe of the floor with a clean towel. I made management aware that the cleaning staff needs to up their game! They were however accommodating and allowed me to shorten my stay.

As advertised, plain but adequate. Floor was dirty as seen when we walked around barefoot. (Dirt/dust came off easily with a shower). One bar of soap for use in both sink and shower. Wifi worked well.

This is a real nice place considering all rooms are outside. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. One of the most affordable given the quality. I recommend this for families. The pool is nice too.

If you're coming in late... make sure you let the hotel know. I landed after my 5 hour flight to a voice-mail about them wanting to cancel my hotel room. It was about 10:30PM and I was very alarmed. I called the hotel and it worked out fine but it was really scary to think we may not have a hotel. The room itself was very tight but clean enough.

I struggled to find a budget hotel in Fresno that didn't have horrible reviews. This one might have, but if so, it had less of them. My stay was excellent. Rooms are clean, lady in reception was fantastic, area was quiet. Comfortable stay while visiting Yosemite, and NOT paying the extra $20+ to stay in Oakhurst.

Great for the price! Check-in was quick, the gentleman at the front desk was kind and courteous. The room was clean, and appeared to be recently updated. We slept like babies. Breakfast items/snacks from the continental breakfast room were available for you to choose and bring back to your room.
