As a family, we have been in the jewelry business for more than 58 years. Our grandparents were immigrants from Greece, who started out as entrepreneurs in the restaurant business. Creativity, business and service have always been in our family! Galas, the son, was raised in the jewelry business as well and continued with the tradition moving the business up to Oregon more than 28 years ago.

I walked in trying to get a price range for a family pendant and the metal inspector left me with a rude statement regarding my family's financial situation! and the owner was really assertive with his assumptions and false accusations when I attempted to ASK if they were legally allowed to buy or sell foriene currency overall very bad customer service! And bad behavior

I made an appointment with Bob for an appraisal on a piece of jewelry. He was very kind and knowledgeable. Even though he wasn’t getting paid for his time he went above and beyond to explain to me how he arrived at the appraisal price… Actually he gave me three different prices which was really nice. The three prices were
Retail, Private and Actual Dealer price. We talked and I asked a lot of questions regarding their business and it turns out they are 5 Generations old. Their store was very clean and well organized e.g. I was looking at Crosses and I could see each one clearly by the way

I love this place! They really know the meaning of customer relations. I had two watches that needed batteries. They didn't even charge me for them. They called me "sister" because I am a veteran. It was a real pleasure doing business with them and I definitely recommend this store. Five stars plus. plus, plus!

I appreciate the honesty that goes along with doing business here. I took my elderly mother several months ago and her metals were bought, but she was told to hold onto her diamonds because the market was bad - only an honest place would steer a 90 year old woman away from selling low so they couldn't take her stuff and sell high.
In my case, I love the work that shows in their jewelry and they took the time to explain how they evaluate designs and determine alloys, etc. Much of it went over my head, but listening to the pride in workmanship was enjoyable.

Great family ran business. They take great care of their customers. Bob is the man! He gave me a great deal on an engagement ring. Far nicer ring than I could’ve got anywhere else. And I did shop around before going there. But they had the best selection and prices. Plus it’s a local family owned business. You can’t go wrong!
