As a 3rd generation contractor, I have over 15 years of experience in construction, ranging from electric, commercial, excavating, heavy equipment, to maintenance, framing, roofing, and mostly, home remodels. I have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration as well. I was born and raised in Denver.
My dad built the house we grew up in and still lives there to this day. I have a wife and 2 children. Runyan Construction specializes in customer Residential Kitchens, Basements, and Bathroom remodels. Contemporary, Country, Retro, Mid Century, Modern, Era Correct, Restoration, and anything you can dream up. We do all types of interior remodel as well. Entertainment areas, movie theaters, bedrooms, additions, etc. Custom lighting can make any ordinary project into an extraordinary project.
This project was designed by the homeowner, using their ideas as well as some ideas from projects that we completed for other customers in which the homeowner liked what we did and wanted the same thing in their bathroom. This bathroom had the typical garden tub, with builder grade vanity, shower glass, and fiberglass shower.
Insurance Claim Kitchen Remodel This kitchen had a major leak coming from the dishwasher. The leak slowly soaked into all the hardwood floors, as well as down the back wall and into the cabinets. The insurance company agreed to pay for the damaged areas. However, we couldn't only replace the damaged areas and leave.
Mid Century Masterpiece RemodelWelcome to Runyan Construction's passion. Mid Century Modern, California Contemporary, Frank Lloyd Wright, Ferris Bueller's Day off. We love THESE HOMES! This was a beautiful fix and flip designed exclusively by Runyan Construction's design team. Highly modified from the existing, 80's themed style done by the previous owners, we aimed to get.

We loved our experience with Runyan on our remodel. The owner was very responsive when we had questions. My favorite part was when we wanted to tweak or change something or we noticed something we didn't love, there were no excuses. He just got it done quick and made sure we liked the outcome. We got a very thorough estimate from him and the only real changes in price were from us changing what we asked for. We would definitely have Runyan come back to complete more work for us.
