Personal assistance with activities of daily living encouragement for self-care, individuality and self-esteem. Activities and outgoing. Residents are encouraged to participate as much as they can in walks, games. Activities are structured around resident's hobbies and interests, which may include: arts, crafts, singing, bird watching, music, daily light exercise, gardening, spirituality and more.
We monitor our clients closely while under our care, we check vital signs and skin integrity often. Monitor food intake and digestion, so we can address any issues promptly and expediently. All staff and caregivers are screen for criminal background checks and present good communication skills and ability to read, write, speak and understand English language.

Visiting Sunrise Senior Care facility is like a home away from home,Miss Ruby & staff are very caring,attentive & loving,fresh meals are provided three(3) times per day inclusive of tea times,they also have activities & exercise during the week.

As a former CNA I love seeing how well the women there are being taken care of by Ruby and her staff every time I visit. So many places are dark, lonely, unclean or unfriendly- this place is none of those things! Ruby and her staff go above and beyond and I am absolutely positive that their hard work and dedication is the reason that my best friend's grandmother is still here to this day. Their superhuman efforts with regard to the COVID19 situation has kept all of their residents safe and sound throughout this pandemic. I cannot recommend Sunrise Senior Care Adult Family Home highly enough!

The decision to move my mother to an adult family home weighed heavily on me. My biggest fear was her not being properly cared for. After touring several others, I chose Sunrise Senior Care A.F.H. and my choice could not have been better. The moment I walked in I knew this was the place. Ruby and her staff welcomed my mother as family. I tried to spend as much time with her as I could, and I was always welcome as well. This is the best adult family care I have been too. It is so neat and clean. The staff is always so welcoming when I walk in! I feel like everyone is like a family there and they always making sure everyone is okay. It is very hard to find a caring facility and the owner Ruby is always going out of her way along with her staff to make sure her team and her give the best quality work and service done! My mother is staying at ruby's home it is a most wonderful place ruby is the most caring and wonderful person and my mother is comfortable and happy there.I enjoy visiting my mom and ruby always makes me feel welcomed her caregivers are kind and considerate and always make me feel welcome.again this is the most wonderful place for my mom and I am so grateful we found it.
