Derek and his crew did an awesome job with our concrete patio recently. We asked to have our little toddlers footprints stamped somewhere on our concrete and they were so patience with them and allowed them to do so. Derek kept great communications with us and followed up with the work. We couldn't be more pleased and our toddlers couldn't stop saying how much they love our new concrete patio! My experience with My New Patio was a mixed bag; nothing great, but nothing horrible either. We hired My New Patio to replace our backyard fence. The gentleman who gave us the estimate and coordinated the job, Rod, was nice to begin and gave me a thorough understanding of the business during the estimate, but ended up being terrible at communicating with us once we decided to hire them for the job. He did not communicate with us proactively; I had to text/call him for updates and information. For example, when we decided to hire them, I called Rod on a Thursday evening.
