The maintenance guys are incredible. They are beyond over worked. Front office NEVER answers the phone. You have to walk down there to get anywhere with being helped. Unfortunately, high priority maintenance calls take days to get done. Everyone leaves dog crap everywhere, no one knows how to park and $80 for an additional parking space?! Never heard of it being more like $50 from anyone I've talked to. Gate is never working so random people are always walking the complex and sitting on the benches all night long. This place is horrible. The manager is horrible and so rude. They NEVER answer the phone and it takes them a month to fix things in the apartment. The gates are always broken. I've seen tweakers personally breaking the gates. Save your money. Worst place I've ever lived.

After 7 years living at highline apartments for the past 2 years when conam took over, Mario (maitenance supervisor) has been very reliable, helpfull, and when there is an emegency he gets the work done fast and clean.

Was at Highline Friday and had what was probably the best interactive service I've had in a long time. Yune took more time to review aspects of the facility than any others that I've met with. In addition, since I'm relocating here from Seattle for my new position, Yune explained where things are relative to my job and the apartment complex. Her counterpart at the first place seemed barely interested. The second place I went had a nicer administrator but he was in a hurry to get to lunch. I can see that this will be a great place to call home. ~Warren

I have been living here for over a year and the management has always been very nice me. Yune Nielsen in particular is very nice, patient and understanding. After the pandemic we’ve had a hard time and she never made us feel uncomfortable or has pressured us. She has always kept is updated in everything. We have felt very supportive by her.

We moved from Minnesota and lived at Highline for two years from May 2019 to April 2021. We really enjoyed our time here and would recommend Highline to anyone looking for a great place to live. The units have adorable cosmetic updates and everyone that visited always complimented how cute and cozy it was! Nice apts,a little pricey but they allow pets, well maintained, several pools,both charcoal and gas grill's provided,dog parks and dog bathing stations, parking is assigned, at nite,security gate to drive into complex.

Mario is very helpful, and responsive when we have had emergencies or concerns. We had a lock problem with our door and he came within 15 minutes to fix it and replace the lock. When our mailbox lock broke he was there within minutes to fix it. You would think there's several of him maintaining the property and we are thankful to have him around.

Overpriced. Parking situation is horrible. The water and sewer monthly bill is on top of the rent and is high even if you're a single barely shower at home. The apartment finishing needs a serious review.

Apartment complex was very pet friendly. But some residents did not pick up after their pets. Best part of the apartment was the central heating and air. Maintenance was slow to respond to requests. Things would break often. Utility bills monthly are split with all residents and was not cheap. Move out costs were a bit ridiculous in my opinion.

We have been really pleased here overall with our lease. Mario Rodriguez (Maintenance) has always been responsive and concerned with our needs with our apartment. He’s always timely and very pleasant to be around; it’s impressive he maintains the property himself, renovating apartments, emergency calls, and daily work orders. Before Danny went to another complex he was also a joy to have around, and noticeably made a difference around the complex and keeping up the grounds; we all miss him. Managers are slow at reacting to phone calls, will only call back after you listen to a long message to leave a message. Constant phone tag.
Assign ONE parking spot if you ever park anywhere for even an hour due to NO guest parking , and 8 spots on street that are always full you are towed. Their comment about parking is " we are looking into it" when that is corporate talk for " we are doing nothing " but towing you. Closest place to park is other side of freeway in jack n the box parking center.
Water heater out 5 days and still they are working on it... not hot water that

We lived here for a year, and we would still be living there of they had offered more square footage or a patio. We initially moved here last minute before we were scheduled to move into another apartment community. The office staff was very helpful in finding us an apartment on very short notice and even was able to show us the apartment even though. Was closed for a meeting at the time. We were shown the apartment by the maintenance staff Mario, who was professional and courteous, as well as awesome at taking care of all our needs while we lived there. Lived here for about 6 months. Had a few issues with minor stuff in the beginning . I would call the leasing office, they would not answer most of the time. I would leave a message with a request to call back and I would never hear back and if I did it was a week later. Prior to move out they give you a checklist of things that should be cleaned by the time they do a walk through. I cleaned EVERYTHING that was on that list. The leasing manager said that usually if everything is good I would receive the full deposit back. The deposit was $500 and I only received $80. I called the leasing office

Good luck trying to get a hold of this place! I left three different voicemails over a week and was still only contacted after reaching out through email. When meeting back up with the leasing agent, I asked about a move-in promo I had seen advertised on numerous websites and she said that even though she had gotten lots of inquiries about it, that this promo was inaccurate. A little sketchy if you ask me. As I left the tour, the leasing agent also told me that if I did not apply for the apartment that day, the price would be going up about $50. Too many hiccups in the communication at this place

Our complex maintenance guy Mario Rodriquez is always helping. My washer, a closet and all the stuff that goes wrong as a single mom - it's so nice to know our complex has a face you know to talk to about issues.

I have been living here since the last management team and currently am living here with the new management team. I am already starting to see some of the improvements ConAm management is doing to the complex. From updating/making over the apartment complex website and resident portal, to doing something about the parking situation we all face here. They cleared this huge shipping container in the back of the complex which opened up about 6 or so new parking spots. I constantly see maintenance and cleaning crews around the complex.
