I called them at the last minute for a rush service. It was a complicated delivery due to the Covid restrictions at the pick up location. The driver persevered and made the delivery. Kudos to the call handler, the dispatcher and more importantly to the driver who took the brunt of the work. Will recommend.

I placed two orders two days in a row that were practically identical. Both had the same mileage and transported the same material. I was not informed up front what the pricing would be - even though I requested a quote in advance - nor was I told that trucks and vans have wildly different costs.
The first day a van showed up, I was charged $71, the second day a van shows up, I was charged $176. ?!?! At no point was I told about alternative vehicle options or given any form of cost breakdown.
I wish I would have read the reviews before using this company as long as I did. Their perspective is

This is one of the worse couriers ever! We use to be one of their biggest customers by using them all day everyday because we work for a big company and have a high demand for deliveries. There have been several instances where they made a mistake and we had to eat the costs. For instance, we had set up a delivery and no one came to pick it up so when we called them about it they said there was a glitch and it's not in the system anymore. We had to redo the delivery, pay extra for a rush and deal with our mad customer since they didn't get their delivery on-time.

Their driver attempted to run me off the road because I was driving speed limit, which I guess was too slow for him. When we ended up stopping at the same red light, he wanted to fight me, a 5'2 pregnant woman. I can see why there are reviews about broken items with wild drivers like this guy. I can only imagine what using this company must be like.

I started to use UPS instead of Fedex and it was my biggest mistake in a company descision that I ever made. I requested pick up and found several important UPS Letters still here in the morning that should had gone out. I have had issues with customer deliveries and was told it is up to the drivers discretion as to if he wants to leave a UPS Letter that is not signature required so it goes to the local UPS store. This company is not as reliable as I thought. Just an FYI, I went back to Fedex! also their customer service is very rude and not helpful when trying to get the package picked up or delivered

If you think they care about you, lol, they don't, you are less valuable than trash
I worked for 1.5 yrs and quit twice.
To those that gave 5 stars, they are probably friends not actual customer.
My one star is not for service, but for work safety and condition, as far as service, I could give them three stars but I wont as I did not use them but rather worked for them, but I know that they have some good drivers, along with some really bad drivers as well.

Please do not give them your money. There are plenty of other ways to get your things delivered!They have irresponsible drivers who think it's okay to nearly cause an accident in the middle of a busy intersection & when you call them about it, they have rude customer service. Don't try to make a complaint because they will get defensive and do not own up to their problem!

I work for a large corporation. They picked and delivered my shipment to a conversion company, but refused to pick up and deliver back to my company, because the did not get a credit card payment yesterday, but did get it today!
This was very embarrassing, because I had clients from Europe. I would never recommend this company to anyone! If want to be recognized as a good company have faith that you will get paid!!

Just want to thank Orange Currier for laying off my good friend Rick Carpenter After 30 plus years of driving our Nations good across the country and all the various driving jobs he has had, he would end his career working for the worst of the worst companies. I remember your Scab company leeching into McDonnell Douglas. Rick found out he makes more money on his unemployment then he did earning your miserable hourly rate.
Sad to have to end a career on such a note. Drivers stay clear of this place.

This company are a bunch of scam artist. They backed into my truck while I was stopped (3 eye witnesses saw it) and they provided only bogus insurance info and giving me the run around. Going after them for hit and run at this point. This company is total garbage and so are the people who run it. Stay away you've been warned.
