Incredibly poor service and rude staff
After 5-6 emails and a number of phone calls finally got through to try and book an appointment for my daughter who is 8.
After a missed appointment despite trying to call a number of times to speak to somebody.
Receptionist is incredibly rude and the practice manager has nothing but attitude absolutely disgusted with how I have been treated myself and my family.
My husband had previous work done here a filling which caused nothing but problems.
Would completely avoid more interested in reaching their UDA target than the care of their actual patients

I love patient first it’s the best dentist I’ve ever been too that’s why their phone line is always busy but a little patience and you’ll eventually get through.
The practice is also super clean and the staff is always friendly and efficient.
My dentist dr Nick is soooooooooo gentle and explains everything to me so I know what’s being done he’s so professional and efficient also. I relax in the chair almost falling asleep. I trust him throughly he’s good at his work I almost fell asleep during my root canal he’s brilliant 5 star all the way. I strongly recommend this dental practice

Very poor, incompetent service. Dentist keep us waiting for almost 2hours and his reasoning for the delay was that he missed my sons name on his list. Dentist was told multiple times that we were waiting however he still ignored my son and carried on to see other patients. Surgery staff were also very slow at chasing the issue. Receptionist/nurse told me its my fault for the wait, despite arriving on time and completing all the paper work before the appointment. Absolutely disgausting service, it's shameful

Went to this place about a week and half ago for a emergency appointment due to a severe toothache , they had a look at my tooth and said that it will need to be taking out due to a massive hole in the tooth , they then booked me another appointment for the end of November to get the tooth removed even though I said I can’t eat it’s affecting my sleep and I am agony , since then I have had to have numerous calls to 111 to try get a emergency appointment because I have been in serious pain it was unbearable the side of my mouth was swollen and I was struggling To speak. this dentist expected

Was really impressed with this practise, the staff were highly efficient and totally proffesional.. This was my first visit to a
dentist in a very long time and was made to feel completely at ease. I can not recommend this dental practise highly enough. Thanks to all the staff for all your help. 😊 Edit to the above post just back home after having a fair few extractions at patient first. This procedure was carried out by Daniela wow she is amazing made me feel totally at ease from start to finish amazing woman and dental surgeon, thank you Daniela😊. Both times I visited this practice the dentists were extremely rude to their staff on both occasions. (1 male then the next time a female dentist)
Shouting in front of us patients in the waiting area. As a extremely nervous patient i found this very unsettling.
I found the reception staff extremely polite and helpful and keeping calm whilst up and down to the front door and then being spoken to like that was disgraceful. I will not be returning. If thats how they treat their staff they definitely do no care for patients.
