Story Basement Technologies has gone above and beyond to help me with a project at the last minute! With my situation there were a bunch of extra administrative steps that had to be done. Emily and Joe at Story didn’t have to agree to take my project knowing this but they did without hesitation. Folks like them are hard to find. I’d recommend everyday of the week and twice on Sundays!

Dan came out to give me a quote for my basement for a floor joist that was broken for no visible reason. At first inspection, he wasn't sure why either. He is a basement inspector/salesperson, so he did not come with a ladder. But he thought the break had something to do with the roof. He used an old extension ladder of mine that was dangerous to say the least. It was frighteningly wobbly and bending under his weight, but continued up to the 20 feet + roof. I couldn't even watch.

I recently had a major water issue following a very heavy rain event. I contact Story Basement Technologies and they had someone at my house that very same day! The other companies were not able to send over anyone for at least two weeks. Jon explained to me the problem, identified where the water was coming in and created a solution to keep my basement dry. The cost was very fair. One week later the crew arrived to perform the work, they were very polite and professional and made every effort to keep the rest of the house clean and quite.
