Dishonest / Fraudulent business practices. Will quote low prices, attempt to deliver cheaper product and if you notice the incorrect product they attempt to negotiate a higher price to actually deliver what was ordered. When confronted they(Mitchel and Keith VerHage) claimed they did not know what they quoted.
