Wallace followed an Rx without regard to my request for equivalency to a sample catheter box label I brought in. A substitute was stated to be equivalent, and I purchased $115 worth of the supposed equivalent. Only when I opened one item from the package of 30 at home did I find it was not equivalent. When telephoned, Wallace at first searched for an equivalent, finding none. When I then requested a return for refund, I was informed that would be "against policy". My boyfriend, Ben, had aggressive prostate cancer and I was desperate to help him maintain as much independence as possible. Ashley Hursell has truly been a hero for me and my husband. My husband and I live in North Carolina. My husband has been working at the Diablo Canyon Power plant since the end of January. We purchased a chair with many changeable positions for my husband who’d just had back and neck surgery. He needed it ASAP. My father (age 93) and I went in on Friday July 10th to look for something for him to sit on because of the weight he's lost he is uncomfortable. With help from Brandon we ended up with an inflatable ring. We weren't sure is this was going to be the solution but we'd give it a try. When we got it home we discovered the valve stem is metal and sticks out approximately 2" which would destroy the inside of his chair. I was prescribed an elbow thing-y :) for tendonitis. Kristina really went out of her way to help me evaluate the options and pick what was best for me. She also helped me find a discount on line that allowed me to afford the therapeutic icepack my doctor had also recommended. The supplies aren't cheap and they aren't covered by insurance, but at least for my needs, Target, etc. wouldn't have worked. One big plus: because the device was a prescription, Wallace didn't have to charge tax on it. So when you're price shopping, take into account that RX or no, Target or Amazon

My family just happened upon the 2019 Cambria Christmas Market when our other scheduled event was rained out. This was for my mother's 91st birthday. Although we had her walker with us, we knew she couldn't maneuver the entire market route with it. Thank goodness this wonderful company was there with the transport equipment she needed. She had never used a wheelchair before and balked at using one at first but bc of their encouragement, she was able to enjoy the entire route of the Market even in the pouring rain. If you live or visit Paso Robles and ever need ambulatory or mobility products to rent or purchase, Wallace is great. My mother fell and hurt her leg during a recent stay in Cambria. Wallace offered a scooter rental for a weekly , fair rate. The store was super clean and they had a vast selection of products . The rental return was effortless and we were on our way back to San Diego. I am glad to know that companies like Wallace exists.

I highly recommend this business. I've used them several times, and they are always friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. Their customer service is outstanding, which is often lacking today. Christina was particularly helpful in trying to get me a wheelchair through my insurance. She stuck with me through a change of doctors, necessitating that we restart the process. She never made me feel like a nuisance and always gave 100%, even when it became apparent that insurance wasn't going to approve the chair. She really seemed to care about me. I will use Wallace for all of my medical supply

My family was on vacation in the Pismo Beach area. Prior to arriving, my son injured his leg and was using crutches. He walked around the the area, but found it to be difficult and painful to walk with crutches. The Pismo beach visitor center mentioned a bicycle store renting wheelchairs for free, but they only had 2. One was already being used and the other was broken. Claims to be in the Blue shield network but when My wife needed a chair they said pay us cash and submit claim to insurance. When we contact Blue Shield they said are max out of pocket is only $150 but Wallace is in network Wallace will only take cash $695 for her chair. When Insurance called to see why there trying to Scam us Wallace said there no longer taking insurance Lol Don't be scammed by the heartless people at Wallace

Your marketing manager, Kelly, came and spoke to our Senior Single Sisters. These are single ladies that live alone and want to remain independent. In the audience were four retired nurses. One of them is our staff parish nurse and she is in touch with our other members and keeps up with their medical needs. We are so happy to once again have a medical supply store in San Luis Obispo.

My son broke his ankle and hurt his knee, and after visiting the ortho to recast his leg, the ortho sent us with a written prescription to Wallace Medical Supply to get a knee brace.
We were greeted by Ben when we came in and he asked how he could help. I showed him the scrip for the brace and he grabbed one for me. As he was fitting it to my son's knee, he asked if there was anything else we needed. I asked if anything was made to cover toes on a casted leg for when it's cold. Ashley- the girl sitting behind a desk (who never greeted or acknowledged us at this point) rolled her eyes
