By far the worst home automation company that I have ever dealt with. Just because they’re tied to Ocean Electric doesn’t mean anything. HTE, EENY, etc are some names that you should look at. Those companies are the real deal but not these scammers

Had issues with a defective URC. Owner of company incorrectly invoiced me after I was told it would be covered under warranty. Had to chase owner over a 2 months span to issue credit. He wouldn’t even respond to me and was intentionally hiding. Go elsewhere and don’t waste your time

SDC's staff is professional, knowledgeable and kind. In the Hamptons during the summer, getting an audio/video company to answer the phone and emails, much less return a call or email, is a huge deal. SDC is that company! Their techs diagnosed my problems and educated me as well about my system and options for the future. They had good solutions to my issues and addressed my concerns in a timely manner with expertise and good products. Thanks
