I am so impressed with how good they were to work with. I had the hardest time finding a company that would even consider looking into both of the insurances my husband has. I got into contact with Shane right away and he was always prompt at getting back to me and did all he could to get my husband his CPAP. He walked us through the whole process and got my husband all the supplies he needed. I recommend coming here for any medical supplies you need.
Edit: it has now been two years since working with Shane, he assured me that my husbands insurance would pay for his CPAP and we are still getting

Advantage Home Medical team is amazing! We were with them for 5 years. We needed lots of equipment and supplies, including DME, CPAP, BIPAP, then all supplies for a trach and ventilator. Kory and his company are professional, flexible, understanding, kind and charitable - professionally and personally. Kory made our 6 years battling ALS bearable. He really cares about his customers and their family. We are so grateful for his help and friendship.

I have nothing but praise for this company. They went the extra mile to provide the service we needed for our hospital bed. Their concern for our needs was above and beyond what I could have expected. They made calls and follow up to track the part we needed and even made a special trip so we wouldn’t have to wait an extra day for service. Wade was amazing! I highly recommend them for any of your medical needs.

Advantage immediately processed my Dr prescription for CPAP machine and supplies. Nate was very helpful and and explained the use of the equipment to me patiently and thoroughly. Katrina has also been excellent in working with my insurance company. I'm so glad I found Advantage! Their prices are also very reasonable, even though I have to pay out of pocket. I look forward to working with this company more for my CPAP needs. Can't say enough good about them!

I changed home equipment suppliers and am pleased that I did. Advantage Home Medical Equipment has made my life a little better and easier. They supplied me with a new oxygen machine which is much quieter than my old one. My c Pap supplies are sent out right on schedule with no fuss on my part. And, their representatives have been very courteous and personable.

Careful !!!. Advantage Medical Supply overcharges for everything and then they don't deliver. I was told one price over the phone by Katrina Young ( Advantage Medical supply rep) then two weeks later I receive a bill that is five times the amount and they billed for equipment that I didn't receive. The representative that brought out the CPAP machine didn't even do a mask fitting. He basically came in, laid the equipment on the counter and then left. I would not use this company. This is why insurance cost is so high. Companies like Advantage Medical Supply taking advantage of the system and over
