We firmly believe in communication, we utilize a system that keeps track of everything that we do to your swimming pool.
When we arrive to your house we will check the chemicals, enter them into our app, anything that we do to your pool, we enter it into the app (Brush Pool, Skim leaves debris from pool, empty skimmer baskets, Cleaned Filters, basically anything we do we add to the app). In order for us to close the job, the app ask for a picture, so we also take a real-time picture of the swimming pool.

It is always important to hire a swimming pool service professional to take care of your swimming pool. No one really wants to drive around down with water samples, having to purchase expensive chemicals that you don't really now how to use. Plus, who whats to clean and scrub a pool when you can just sit back and relax in it.
For people who want to maintain their own equipment, but do not want to hassle with testing water or sorting chemicals. We test the water and add the necessary chemicals- including conditioner - to properly balance and sanitize your pool. The same great service as our Chemical Only Service but with a PLUS+.
Although many pool owners do a fine job caring for their own pools, it is always nice to arrange for professional pool service. You will never have to carry water samples around town or buy pounds of chemicals you don't even know how to use. Spend time around your pool enjoying the company of friends and family - instead of scrubbing and cleaning.
We do not provide weekly service on the weekends, however we do offer service calls on Saturdays by appointment only. Weekly testing works for most backyard pools, its important to test your pH and chlorine levels at least once per week. Chlorine should be fed continuously through a chemical feeding device to maintain a consistent level.

I just moved to Sacramento from the bay and my new house has a pool. My last house also had a pool so I was sure I was used to the routine. I called at least 6 companies before I called these guys and no one answered the phone except them. I told him I needed pool service estimates and he came out the same day (within 3 hours). 2 guys showed up and were very helpful and informative. They went over my entire pool and equipment for me and reprogrammed my timers. They send emails with pictures after every time they service my pool showing my pool all clean. They are very knowledgeable and communicate

I have been using their services for over a year now. When I started with them my pool was a mess, they got it under control fast and now my pool has looked so beautiful and clear ever since. They have wonderful customer service and such friendly people working for them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that owns a pool residential or commercial.
