I’m just about to have my first treatment there and I’m super excited! When I came in for consultation the staff were super sweet and helpful! And the place itself was amazingly nice and clean! My mom is a current “patient” there and she’s assessed with the results so now I’m about to begin the treatments of my own!!

Horrible experience, i was few minutes late for the appt and received a extremely condescending attitude from Carly. I was told by her to leave and she kept on saying Bye Bye Bye instead of trying to help with rescheduling or even accommodating as there was still 30 minutes left in my appt time. Carly has zero customer service or professional ethics. she kept on saying you looking at the owner and i call the shots. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Okay, I am a 70+ year old guy writing a review for a “beauty” spa. I had a lot of age spots and freckles on my face that needed to go. My appointment included a very professional assessment of my skin with a thorough explanation of the treatment and aftercare. Who knew you could remove freckles with a laser? I am already seeing great results and it’s only been a few days. Surprisingly, I have gotten some compliments on how good my skin looks and none of my friends know my secret. Overall, I had a great experience at Angelic Skin Clinic and I will be back.

I went in for a consultation with Carly & braced myself for the sales pitch & pressure that most places push. Carly was wonderful! At no point did I feel pressure to buy. She made me feel relaxed (thats not easy for me) and I know I made an excellent choice in my future skin needs by coming here!

I've been going here for 2 years and it's amazing!!! I found it on Groupon for laser hair removal and have loved my results so much that I added two more body areas! I was worried the cost would jump up after my Groupon ended, but they always have great sales and specials! It is definitely worth the money to not have to shave anymore! My technician is great too! She's been there for about a year now and is kind and helpful.

P.s. all the bad reviews are from years ago and it seems like it has changed a lot since then!

I loved the services that I received from Angelic Skin Clinic! The Medspa is professional, clean, and the staff are knowledgeable and honest. I have had 3 sessions of Botox from Angelic Skin Clinic and I have been than happy with my results. I would highly recommend Angelic for all of your beauty needs!

I LOVE this clinic! I've had laser hair removal done on both my legs and underarms. The staff was amazing, knowledgeable and put my worries at eas . The atmosphere is relaxing and the environment is super clean. 10/10 would recommend (especially carly!) I can't wait to go back and try different services. The people that work at Angelic Skin Clinic are the best the make you feel very comfortable and are very caring and will meet what your looking for when you go there. I have gotten laser hair removal and I was impressed non my results. I would give Angelic Skin Clinic a 5 star, and would definitely go back for more.

I originally bought 6 underarm treatments about 10 years ago when laser hair removal was newer and VERY expensive. I was frustrated after not seeing many results once those treatments were complete. The person I spoke with recommended I purchase at least 6 more to get rid of hair completely. I said I'd only buy if they did unlimited treatments. They didn't offer that at the time but she said if I buy 12 of the 3 areas I wanted done she would make sure all hair was removed even if they had to go past the 12 appointments. All appointments are complete, half my hair is gone and they are not following

I had my husband and son come in for laser hair removal and it was a total waste of money. I used Groupons for this, and at first, they had not turned up the machine high enough on my son. Because of this they kept telling us that it will take more appointments and they kept giving us excuses why it wasn't working immediately. But they kept convincing me that just give it time and it will work for sure. After all is said and done, I spent well over $2,500 for them to have hair removal on their chest, shoulders and back. They ended up having over 24 treatments each and it seemed like it

I have been to the clinic 3 times now. Customer service has be amazing and efficient! The staffs are friendly, patient and answer all my questions. I feel very comfortable there, and have pleasant experience in every visit. Can't wait to go back again!

My wife found a good deal with Group-on. Both my son and I signed up. At first we were not seeing much as far as results. Sure the hair was getting lighter ... but not really going away. After we had some long discussions with the staff, they decided to shorten the time between appointments.
That worked. However, the deal with Group-on ran out, and the hair wasn't completely gone. Of course they were happy to sell us more treatments.

I too first started going to this clinic from a Groupon I had bought. At the time, two years ago, it was difficult to get my first appointment setup because their laser was broken. It took about 2 months to finally get in there. When I finally got into the clinic, and was literally moments from finally getting my first laser hair removal, I was asked if I had been on any medications in the past 2 weeks. Do not waste your money here the staff will say and do anything to get you to pay as much as possible. When me and my sister went in we were both unsure with what we wanted to do since my sister goes to university in London and I live outside the twin cities we explained our situation and told heather we were unsure if we wanted to do laser as it might not be worth it since we wouldn't be able to consistently get it she recommended the life time package and told us since it was a 1 day sale we should sign up for it right now and that if we changed our mind we could cancel it and get a refund

I do not recommend buying a Groupon for Angelic skincare. It is very hard to get someone in person to talk to on the phone. Once you get there, your Groupon will cover only a very limited area. For every extra small area surrounding the area that you bought the Groupon for, they will charge you an extra fifty to hundred dollars. Customer service is not very personable or friendly either. I have been to other laser skin treatment places that are much better.

I have been to Angelic Skin Clinic four times. The staff is young and perfunctory at best. You are in a service industry, ladies! You either get it or you don't- basically it is an honor to blow your clients away with how great you are! It can be very satisfying if you fully engage in the transaction and if you care. The staff just don't seem very proud to be there or engaged. The move slow, barely smile and hardly give you eye contact. Obnoxious-perky is not necessary, but at least act vaguely interested in your clients. They pay your bills. Fake it if you have to.

I have had many treatments

I bought a groupon deal for six laser treatments for hair removal. I elected to do my legs. I started this process in December of 2011. I have yet to complete my six sessions. You have to wait a minimum of 8 weeks between appointments, which is fine, but getting an appointment that works in a busy schedule is almost impossible. Saturdays go quickly and the latest appointment they offer is 6:30 pm during the week.

I will just break down my issues with this clinic below:

1. Staff is young and seemingly uneducated and unprofessional.
2. Appointments are hard or impossible to get.
3. Management

Barbaric skin clinic. Came in today for a laser hair removal, prior to procedure Medical Assistant shaved my back with a cheap razor causing bleeding and razor burn. Left the appointment today bleeding through my undershirt and to my custom made oxford shirt. Currently in pain and having trouble sitting down. Will continue cleaning to avoid an infection. I bought a laser hair removal certificate from Angelic Skin Clinic. The initial promotion stated that I would have complete hair removal in six sessions. The website made the same promise. When I went to the clinic they attempted to sell me an insurance session, meaning that if the hair removal was not accomplished in six sessions, I could get another session at a discounted price. I was confused with this, as all of the representations of this company stated that there would be complete hair removal in six sessions. I had written a review a few months back about the initial bad experience i had while at Angelic. I was contacted by the manager Kacee recently and she asked me to come back in so they could resolve the issue i had.
I went in last night and had a very different experience, everyone was friendly and on time. I had a 1 Hr Massage and they also offered to redo my Botox. I am kind of nervous having a massage at a place i am not familiar with, i have a Spa near my house i usually go to. After some hesitation based upon reviews I had read, I purchased a 90-minute massage groupon for my wife. As you can see by the reviews, most comments are directed at other services such as the skin care, laser hair removal, etc. Thinking it would be difficult to "screw up" a massage, I purchased the deal, and my wife scheduled the appointment for a 90 minute massage a week later. I purchased their laser hair removal groupon and have gone twice now. The staff is super nice and I haven't had any trouble getting appointments like was mentioned in other reviews. They are very through in explaining the process, expected results time frame, etc...I just booked a massage and am looking forward to that. As a Maple Grove resident I love that I can support a local business.

It took a very long to to get a call back and actually speak to a person to set up my initial appointment. I had a discount deal to come here, otherwise I had never heard of this place. The staff was young, but very friendly and kind. The hours are tough to get an appt if you work late, 6:30pm was that latest appt. time I could get.

You get what you pay for here. I see many people complaining that they can't get an answer when they call - this is because they don't staff a person to answer the phone. The same person that answers the phone is the same person that checks you in and is the same person that performs your treatment. If they are giving you your treatment, phone calls don't get answered. Your only shot of getting someone to answer the phone woudl be in between appointments. They will tell you that they were "swamped" with the latest deal offer and that is why they don't answer the
