I was reading the comments they are all TRUE. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I sent my driver 20 miles to pick up. On time and He arrived there at 2:10 PM. His pick up was open till 3:00 PM. My driver arrived and they told me they can not load because they stop loading at 2:00 PM. Called the broker and she said its our fault and did not want to pay TONU. Jordan Wendel cursed out one of my Despatcher when he asked for TONU. "HE SAID ITS ONLY 20 MILES" I had to pay 50 dollars toll and on top of that my driver pay and fuel. Picked up a load for the company from AZ to OH. upon reaching the third delivery we got to know that the broker (TODD) lied to us about delivery date and was going to be delivered next day. When I called the broker to confront him he said he will pay us layover and now today when I called him he started laughing and said thank you for delivering my load do whatever you can. WHAT KIND OF PROFESSIONALISM IS THIS?

Very bad brokerage. Please do not use this con thieves. They have been holding my pay since August 2021 because of missing paperwork that I never received in the first place. They claimed to have given me the paperwork but how in the world can I hold the paperwork if I need to be paid? I went to receiver to ask for copies and they didn't have the paperwork they were asking for. Their agents don't care a bit to solve issues ( Jon Bowes, Beau Ancient - Very unprofessional people). You will pay my money one way or another.

Booked a load with Kyle, they called the day before the load is supposed to pick up on Saturday, said the load was no good. I called and spoke to some guy and he said there is a different carrier on it. Then I spoke to Bailey who said his last name is Armstrong, and he is the owners son. Lied to me that the load doesent have enough product. When earlier their excuse was that the product didnt pass inspection. They sold the load for cheaper, and dont even have their lies straight. Just cause i cant give -5 stars im giving 1. The whole thing is not a big deal but its the attitude of the dispatcher -Andres and his supervisor Luke that gets me. We went to the pick up and the company has moved at a different place .They were not awarded of at all and we had to find it. Place was 2 miles away. We done the load as we supposed to (delivery app they said was 11 and it was 12 next day). I request extra stop and Andres says it nothing its 2 miles you dont get anything. I spoke to his supervisor he said the same. Total disrespect for driver's time and effort.

We took a load with Sebastian Moreno from Armstrong and got held up at our previous receiver. We communicated with them the entire time they told us all was well, and that we had until 18:00 for pick up we arrived before 16:30 for our original 16:00 appointment slot to find there was never a load. The shipper was still there, the load never existed. The shipper let us know that they told the broker long before that they had no load for them. They denied our TONU because we were less than 30 minutes past our original time of 16:00. We dealt directly with Josh Hinckley Logistics Director so its not
