Enlighten Therapy Center

Stephanie was bitten by the therapy bug early on, joining the Peer Helper Program through Madison Youth & Family Services at a young age. She also volunteered her time through high school and college counseling teens who were having difficulties at home, in school & in other social situations. Stephanie attended Albertus Magnus College where she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology & Art Therapy.

After which, she completed her Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Union Institute & University. Stephanie is board certified and licensed by the State of Connecticut and specializes in adolescence and adult counseling. She works with clients suffering from depression, anxiety, grief & post traumatic stress disorder.
