I didn't need glasses or contacts until later in life, I hadn't even seen an optometrist until after I was 30+. Dr. Schauer always took the time to explain what was going on, what tests were being done, and fully answer any of my questions. The staff has always been helpful and friendly, making ordering more contacts, answering questions about insurance, or scheduling appointments a quick and simple process.
