We scheduled a bouncy house for our daughter's birthday a few weeks ago and the process was easy. Looking at the expected weather this weekend, we sadly called to cancel yesterday. We received a call today to acknowledge the cancellation and a full refund.
We hate to cancel, but that's exactly the kind of service that will make us comfortable scheduling in future. Thank you so much!

Would not recommend this company. I was scheduled for delivery on Friday from 10-5. I called the week prior to check and make sure everything was okay with the order (I paid upfront at the time of booking). I received a confirmation text two days before my delivery window to confirm. At 4:30 on the day of delivery, since I had not seen or heard from anyone, I checked my email. This company had cancelled my order with an email only, no phone call on the day of and just minutes prior to my delivery window closing.

We rented the Giant Water Slide. The slide itself was perfect for our girls' birthday party. All the kids thoroughly enjoyed it. As far as the company goes, the prices are reasonable, the people are easy to work with and the set up, take down was smooth. Definitely will be calling them back if the need for a bouncy house arises.

With very short notice I contacted Laugh n Leap and they were able to provide a bouncy house that was perfect for our 4th of July party. It was the perfect way to keep the kids busy and having fun while the adults supervised and enjoyed time together. The delivery and pick up was easy. The house was in great shape. All together a great experience. I will use their services again.

Exactly what all the other good reviews said. They called before they came. Set up quickly. Cleaned everything beforehand. And when it was over, they came and took everything down quickly and efficiently! Very effortless process with good communication. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were great as far as delivery and set up goes. Extremely nice guys. Unfortunately, we notice that the waterhose we purchased after set up to make sure water was getting to the equipment was missing after they picked up. We called to ask for return of our stuff and was told they didn't have it. Very short answer, no offer of assistance or to allow us to check the picked up items.
