At N&S Flame Spray, we've been manufacturing new pump plungers and rebuilding used plungers for more than twenty-four years. Our team of experts has refined the spray welding process over the years allowing us to produce the highest quality plungers in the industry-spray welded using many types of coatings depending on the needs of our customers.
We've been spray welding shafts for many years, so there is really no limit to the type of the shaft we can either manufacture new or resurface. In fact, pump impellers, valve stems, hydraulic rams and compressor rods are just a few of the many kinds of shafts we resurface or produce every day! Essentially, if the shaft is worn by impellors, bearings, etc. we can repair and resurface the area.

These mandrels are used in the pipe manufacturing process and are critical in sizing the pipes appropriately. Thermal nickel coating is applied to the surface area of our mandrels for hardness, corrosion resistance and durability.
