Your home exterior goes through many different elements every single day. Wind, rain, snow, and other natural elements bring dirt, mold, branches, and other organic growths right on top, the side, and wherever else it can find itself on your property. Every part of your house can have different contaminants accordingly.
Amazingly, house washing is probably one of the homeowner's most neglected maintenance procedures. Especially when you consider your home is probably the largest single investment of your life. While you regularly clean the exterior finish of your automobile, it seems that for some reason we overlook the exterior finishes of our homes.
The black streaking, typically found on homes in our area where humidity-driven moisture settles on shingles, can be caused by mildew, fungus or roof algae. James responded to our inquiry quicker than I expected. He was really honest about the job and gave us some great advice. Our house had a lot of bug stains and mold from all the rain. He did a thorough job, it now looks so bright and clean. We are really pleased with the results and the cost was reasonable.

We used this young man's power washing and gutter service a couple of years ago. Our white vinyl house came out gorgeous. He also power washed our concrete patio around our unground pool. We were extremely pleased with all of his work. With all of the rain we have had we are thankful we decided to have our gutters cleaned to. His pricing was very reasonable. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND ProClean Plus.

James the actual owner of the business I called to power wash my house after many years not as a new homeowner to get done. He was quick, prompt, professional on estimate and dates he could do the job. Due to my unique situation he billed me and 2 days after payed him during pandemic times being only essential worker in my home with 3 jobs! I was at work when he and his company came to wash house. Upon getting home after looking around the house outside was clean, white free of algae and dirt AND MY HOUSE LOOKED AMAZINGLY NEW!! Fun fact I never ever do reviews EVER so James did excellent and I

Justin was prompt and on time for our appointment. He was responsive during our conversations regarding estimate and scheduling. When he arrived he quickly set up and went right to work. Our house was pretty nasty so he had his work cut out for him. He worked quickly and efficiently. Our house looks great. When I came out he walked me around the house and went over the job done. His estimate was very reasonable and I loved all of the positive reviews he has received. We will certainly use ProClean Plus again and recommend to all who needs this service!

ProClean had done a great job on my companion's father house. The house was being prepared for the real estate market and had to look good...which was accomplished. I asked for ProCleans tel# and talked to the owner James about a doing my house. He was available the next day. Came over on time, very professional and easy to work with. He finished my house in a timely manner. I was completely satisfied with his work. No problem recommending ProClean.
