We put our installer up at this place and it was very noisy and right along the road. The woman that works there was rude, demeaning and when he went to ask for a different room, she told him no when he was the only one there. We did eventually get our money back but if I were you, I'd pass on this place....

Extremely disappointed about my stay here! The owner of the cabin was very, very rude. We had some friends over for the day to hang out with us! She threatened to call the sherriff on us, and she had already called her lawyer, (which is her daughter!!) The TV does not work! If you are looking for a place to relax and have a fun time, this IS NOT the place!!!! Do NOT stay here if you are planning on partying, having more than 3 people IN the cabin at any point or want a little privacy!!!!!!!!!

Not a great place to stay. The owner was very rude, and nosy. She insisted on coming inside of our cabin and seeing how many people were there. She pushed my friend out of the way and barged in. Very rude, zero privacy. And she kept insisting that we were lying to her. She called her lawyer because she thought we had to many people in a cabin(which we did not). And she threatened to call the sheriff. Very unprofessional of her. I would never stay here again. I would leave a zero star review if I could. It just made our vacation very stressful. She also recommended a place to eat breakfast in Aspen

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay there at the Snow Mass Cottages. I didnt get off work until later in the day and by the time we arrived at Snowmass from Denver it was really pretty late. (After 10 pm) To our pleasant surprise, Julie was sitting there at the gate waiting for us to arrive and was very helpful in helping us to find our cabin and get settled in for the evening (not to mention the other very nice things she did for us!! We'll definitely be back if we are in the area again and need a peaceful and quiet place to stay the night and relax! Although we only stayed 2 nights, it gave

This was exactly what we were hoping for in our visit to the mountains. We stayed in Cabin 5, just big enough for 2. Nice to have various sizes options and the individual cabins meant a bit more privacy and quiet. This location was easy, just off the road but we had no road noise in our cabin. The cabins are historic and rustic. They were well stocked and the bed was really comfortable. Julie is very friendly and the cabins are right by the river. We stayed in the winter and took a quick walk down by the river, looks great for summer with chairs and grills available for guest use. I will be recommending
