Great place to get a trail bike or jet ski, they have a good selection and knowledgeable employees too.

I had them put new tires on my bike. Two weeks later I was stranded with a flat. The new inner tube they installed wouldn’t hold air. I took it back to them and they said couldn’t figure out it wasn’t holding air. They charged me another $100 to fix what should’ve new went wrong.

We bought our new to us boat in February 2021. We live 5 hours away as we couldn't find anything we wanted closer. We drove there, picked our boat up and were told by the salesman everything was in good order and we could take it back home on the interstate. We did a walk around and noticed the tires were bubbling. They did replace the tires, but we had to wait an additional 3 hours. After being told that everything was good to go and would be fine traveling on the interstate, we almost lost a cushion, the carpet came up and landed on the interstate, so my husband played chicken with on coming

Long story short I recently bought a nicely used pontoon from Surdyke Yamaha and the sales person was Jeramiah. We experienced a small issue when we tried to take it out for the second time. We had friends come 9 hours from Minnesota to spend a long weekend with us to go boating. On this Sunday morning Jeramiah came out to our house, about an hour drive from his house, to help us solve the problem and get us back on the water. Now that is customer service! Thank you Jeramiah.

Customer service is great. But, I can not believe I paid $80.00 for the purchase of an 19” inner tube, including install on the rim with original tire. Whew!!!!
Would’ve saved $$ going to SSPowersports in St. Robert.

This place was the single worst buying experience we have ever had when purchasing a boat. Constant lies about fixing things, condition of the boat, 6 months later items were still not fixed that they had promised to do. Lied about surveys, etc. Don't just walk away from this place... Run.

I'm about a year overdue for this review. We had an amazing experience at Surdyke when we bought our boat last spring. I have not one single complaint. We met our salesman Landon at the Boat Show in St. Louis. We instantly clicked with him and later met with him at the Surdyke Ozarks location to purchase our boat. I would recommend Landon to anyone. He's fun, friendly and honest. We will be a forever customer of his. The entire team at Surdyke has been great!!

The reviews are no lie. Once they get your money, they seriously forget you existed. My wife and I bought two brand new 2020 jet skis from them in July 2020. We bought the cooler bags for the back of both jet skis ($800) and were told the parts manager would put them on for us. Our salesman said he would follow us down and make sure everything was ok. Never showed up. The parts manager is one of the rudest people I have ever met in my life. He begrudgingly put the bags on and sent us on our way. We had a problem with one of the bags so I contacted our salesperson (far easier to work with then parts

First of all, I wouldn't of even considered doing business here ever again let alone imagining the purchase of a used Harley based on a prior personal experience, had it not been for Michael the mechanic in the way he handled it. But I did, & jeremiah, was very honest w/ me as we negotiated,, a great salesman , as I got to know him more. and troy for being new excellent,. representation for the co. it's obvious to me Greg treats his staff good has a great team, I was happy the way i was treated in the sale, and special tks again to michael and jeremiah. ** keepers

Lance was awesome! We went in with about three hundred questions, he was very knowledgeable answered all our questions and more. Then there was Troy in finance who has a very awesome sense of humor and made the whole deal fast and painless. We had a great experience here! We went from just looking to taking one home the very next day. We've had so much fun playing with our new toy this weekend!
