A life coach can support you in finding and staying on your path. By building a relationship with our clients, we help them stay motivated and on-task, moving toward their long term far-reaching goals. The first step is to schedule an introductory session. In that session, we will get an idea of how well we work together and what our next steps should be from here.
Cheryl empowers and motivates her clients to identify their strengths and develop strategies to achieve their goals and dreams. She is Certified Life Coach and Parenting Coach who works with individuals diagnosed with ADHD of all ages, parents of children diagnosed with ADHD, women in transition, and teachers of students diagnosed with ADHD.
Being diagnosed as an adult can be a bitter sweet occurrence. On one hand you may feel an intense feeling of relief, because you now understand why you have experience difficulties in the past. But you may also feel a feeling of sorrow or fear, since you don't understand exactly how your ADHD had affected you and what it will mean in the future.
