We had an excellent experience with Mr. Scott. My dad recently died and we need a lot of advice. He was very patient and explained things in a manner both my mom, 86, and I could understand. Mr. Scott also gave us advice on what not to waste money on. He is very professional with a fun personality. The office is clean, orderly and well run. Everyone who works there is nice and you get a family feeling working with them. All of our paper work was accomplished in one visit, so efficient. I highly recommend Mr. Scott.

My mom, brother and I recently met with Sean Scott for advice on how to navigate the process as our mom ages. We were very pleased with the information provided by Sean and felt he was extremely knowledgeable and professional with the details he provided. He spoke to our mom in a way that she could understand, and she felt very comfortable that the decisions she was making regarding her future and legal documents were HER decisions only. The office staff was also very personable and professional. Our mom went in to obtain legal information on how to navigate the medicaid process when and if that

Attorney Scott and his staff are great. I took my mother there seven years ago when she moved to Florida. Attorney Scott helped us with all the necessary documents regarding her will, power of attorney, health care surrogate and Medicaid. When my mother passed recently, they reviewed her estate for me. I can't say enough. Thanks for all your help.

I called the law office for a customer of mine who needed copies of very old documents. I dealt with Vickie who was the nicest, kindest and loveliest person I have ever dealt with in a law office. I couldn't believe how eager she was to help, how timely her responses were and the kindness that she gave to me and my elderly customer. Every professional office should have someone like Vickie at the Sean W. Scott Law Office. I wish I could have her in my own office. I took a real lesson from her today and will try to emulate her compassion in the future.

Great people great service. My elderly mother contacted this place for help in estate matters and they have been beyond helpful. They understand they dealing with older people and everyone is extra patient and fully thorough to everything they do for the client. Once a client you will get much more for your money as they take care of other possible little problems as they arrive in most cases free of charge. My mother loves Melanie, the paralegal, as well as Sean Scott himself. Good firm, well recommended.

We had a consultation meeting with their Medicaid Specialist, CarolAnn. Our situation was complicated with an ill mother out of state and trying to arrange to get her here and on Medicaid so she would have a place to come home. She was a pleasure to deal with and eminently knowledgeable and compassionate, which gave us peace of mind in a very difficult situation. Ultimately we had everything ready to go, but our mom passed away and Medicaid was a non-issue, but we felt at ease with the process and were prepared to move forward thanks to CarolAnn.
