They are rude and very unprofessional.I asked if they were able to call when they arrived but got cursed out and yelled at instead of just a no.I have also been hung up multiple times before I can even tell them my address or ask how much the ride will be.If you live in the Sullivan area go with Surway taxi company. They are much better and friendlier then this cab company.

What a joke of a company. Rude and incompetent.
The dispatcher lied to me twice about the cab arrival when it became obvious the cab was not on time. When the cab finally did arrive, the driver was rude and obviously overwhelmed by the simple act of driving.
Both times I tried to use them the driver mistakenly picked somebody else up instead of me (because of incompetence at his job) and the dispatched made little to no effort to improve the situation.
Steer clear of yellow cab, they are thieves and crooks who will surely be out of business in no time.

I use the cab company 5 days a week, very good service always there when Helen says. Helen very nice, I have had 3 free rides since I started new job and I get veteran's discount where as surway could care less about me being a army vet. I recommend the cab company very highly. Thank you Yellow Cab!

Horrible customer service. I asked of them whether they do porter services like running a simple errand (which many many taxi companies do, in fact). The customer service representative got loud with me, and hung up on me. When I called back he hung up on me again.
If this is how they treat customers, I'd advise keeping far far away from them. Unfortunately we'd used them several times before - they were actually the cause of a rescheduled appointment because they couldnt show up on time.
I do NOT recommend them.
