Discount tire told me my tire was not repairable because the nail was on the shoulder, but I didn’t agree what they said. My tires are expensive and still are good condition. So I decided to come to Youngblood and ask if they can do the job. Youngblood took a look at the picture and made me a fast ticket. Firstly, a new worker checked my tire and say he didn’t find anything. Katie was being skeptical and had a more experienced worker to recheck. Then I was told it did need a patch for repairmen. I’m glad that I came to a family business and got the service I wanted. Katie is nice and helpful

Excellent service when I really needed it. I blew out a tire on my truck and was struggling to find a replacement that I could get installed quickly. I contacted Youngblood and spoke with Greg who was quickly able to find it in their inventory and get it to Austin from San Antonio in a day. I was able to call and set up an appointment shortly after the tire came in and I was in and out in under an hour. Couldn't be happier to have a good auto shop around the corner from us in North Austin.

My wife called on friday to make an appointment for our vehicle on monday. We were told to just bring it in. Monday morning I went through the hastle of removing all 3 of my childrens car seats and transferring them to our car. I arrived only to be told they weren't taking walk in appointments and asked to return later that week. This is a daily driver. I cant just not show up to work to bring my vehicle back to a place that i could be potentially turned away again. At this point I am torn. I brought my van here for an inspection. It very obviously needed tires yet they never tried to upsell me

06/08/2021: was driving from AZ to Smithville, TX and stopped for gas in Brady, TX when I noticed a large chunk missing out of my rear tire. I called Youngbloods and they said they had a BF Goodrich in the size that I needed., so I went there got the tire and continued on my journey. Fast forward about 2 weeks. I decided to get a matching tire for the other side and went to Discount Tire. The gentleman helping me went out and looked at the tire that Youngblood sold me and informed me that the tire was 7 years old and needed to be replaced because the life of a tire is max 6 years even if brand

Love these guys. First timer in Austin and this place was near my place. All friendly guys who welcome you when you come through the door. They dont keep you waiting long. All the workers are honest and explain work being done. Got my state inspection done here and wheel alignment and loved the print out they gave me. They were honest about me no needing to replace brake pads at the moment. And second time around took car of my tire and oil change. I love supporting honest local business.

My company car wasn’t driving nearly as smooth as it usually does and it was driving me crazy! I took it to one shop and they said everything was fine. After a week or so I couldn’t take it so I brought it by Youngblood Automotive! They were able to identify the problem and get it fixed very quickly so I was able to get back out on the road! Thanks to Kelly and her crew....my car runs ultra smooth just like it did before! I really appreciate the outstanding service! Hit a bad pothole on I-35 and my husband asked if the tire was bent. (No clue!). So I stopped at the first business I saw, which was Youngblood's, right off of the interstate (near mm 308 I think). They were my knights in shining armor! Jacked up the car, found the bent in the tire, changed my spare and off I went! Amazingly friendly! Prompt. Competent. And very convenient. Go see them!
