Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality
Had to go back because the first time three of my windows they tinted peeled. Guy that works in the back was extremely rude when I told him what was going on.

Very accommodating. Quick in and decent place to wait for my windshield to be fixed. They do have 2 large dogs, but they are friendly.

ABSOLUTE terrible service. Have had to bring car back MULTIPLE times to get tint redone due to poor installation. Scratches on car that were previously not there before installation. And when they removed a piece of the car in order to accomplish what they were trying to do, no matter how easy it was to reinstall said piece, they just threw it into floorboard. WOULD NOT reccomend

Less than positive experience with Auto Glass Magic. A significant amount of broken glass was left behind in our parking lot after their services. The owner was defensive when notified of the issues then proceeded to send inappropriate text messages.

My son goes to college at Tarleton and someone shot his windows out while he was on vacation and Auto Glass Magic was awesome and got both windows replaced the very next morning ON A SATURDAY! They did a great job and were wonderful to work with. Danny is professional and did a great job for us! We will use them again if we have the need.

I live in California and my son lives in Texas. A truck lost a tire and it destroyed his front windshield- I called and spoke to Danny they were very friendly and supper helpful - got the windshield in and they were $95 cheaper than the other 2 bids from window places.

Auto Glass Magic is still open in Stephenville. I called in the morning and they got the glass the same day, price are great. They got the job done in an hour, the work is very good, no leaks or anything.
